Hello everyone, I'm new here and figured I would start posting my workouts. Hopefully I'll learn a lot from you guys.
A bit about me. I am 18 years old, 5'11" and right now I am weighing in at about 168 lbs, I am usually around 172 but I lost some weight in the last 2 weeks. I am also carrying a bit more fat than usual. I would estimate me being around 12-14%. I started lifting a bit over 2 years ago, spring of grade 10. Then I weighed around 135 and man I was skinny! My first year lifting was lifting everyday and training legs every 2-3 months. My goal is to be big, lean and strong, right now size being the most important, by far.
I am training on a mon/wed/fri, legs/push/pull split. I am coming back after a 2 week layoff after being sick and having a lower back injury.
