    Weight went up smooth today! Felt great under the bar and had a ton left in the tank.

    Update on blood sugar and blood pressure issues.

    Blood pressure has gotten better as Iíve reduced caffeine intake by 50%. Probably gonna reduce further here again over the weekend some, down to like 1 cup of coffee a day.

    Now the blood sugar, not so good. Woke up this morning with fasted BG of 158. Started dosing Metformin at 500mg two days ago, 1000 yesterday and will start 2000 today. If things donít get better by Sunday, Iíll either need to try going Keto or dropping mk677.

    Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!

    Stopping caffeine? I get bad headaches when I lower my caffeine intake down too much.

    So, pretty big update. One, my back is still whacked out, so I havenít been squatting or pulling at all. Itís still hard to get around as Iím hunched over a bit. But weird thing is when I bench, it feels like traction, like itís pulling my spine apart and relieving the pressure, so thatís good.

    Also, I dropped the Osta, MK677 and LGD. The blood pressure and blood sugar numbers were through the roof... blood pressure was 180/40 and the BG was like 180 every morning. Funny, in a matter of 48 hours my blood pressure and blood sugar returned to normal. Numbers are still declining, but I donít feel like my head is about to explode. Donít know what that means, but the sides werenít worth it for me. Especially considering I donít get those sides on gear.

    So, just gonna keep working on upper body mass and strength while doing leg machines and safer lower body alternatives until this back thing gets sorted out.

  9. Oh yeah, pinned 10ius of Novolin-R preworkout. Putt about 40 grams of dextrose and 30 grams whey and slammed that about 5 minutes after my shot. Then I went to the gym 30 minutes later and sipped on another 40 grams dextrose and a scoop of Full as Fck. The pumps were unreal. Had a post workout shake and a solid meal a few hours later and never got hypo. Excited to see where this takes me, along with the NPP and Mast that should arrive in a few days.

    Yes! Do it man! Yeah, not saying SARMs arenít good or anything, but my batch was definitely wonky. The sides were worse than gear, and the gains were less than gear. Just not worth it IMHO.

  12. Yeah the only sarms i like are rad140 and s4. S4's gotta be my favorite although the vision sides are getting annowing after sticking around for 2.5 months lol. Even with the vision effects though its been fun but im ready to blow up and bench 4 plates

  14. 05 Sep 18 - Shoulders - Morning Weight: n/a

    Had an offside retreat for work the past two days so nutrition and sleep were a little lacking. Got home, shot 20 ius of slin, slammed a Preworkout and went to the gym. The pump was almost painful... wondering if that dose was too high?

    Standing Press @ 135x5,5,5

    Pullups @ bodyweight x 5,3,5

    Upright rows @ 60x10,10,10
    Superset with wide grip lat pulldown @ 85x15; 100x9,12

    Facepulls @ 30x10,10,10

    Barbell Curls @ 60x10,10,10

    Dumbbell Shrugs @ 85x8,8,8; 65x8;45x8

    Rear delts @ 80x10,10,6

    Left bicep/forearm was feeling strange on shoulder press so I didnít push the weight I wanted. But everything else felt good. Wanted to do more, but Iím trying to be conscious of recovery in relation to workload, and since sleep and good protein have been lacking it didnt seem smart to over extend myself.

    Well, yes, youíre right there... but in my defense I never described how large my ďcupĒ is....
