    Protein Powder is on My list for now. But I am most definitely will be using Radiate,only on my Sprinting days. Itís a must for Me on those days!

    I radiated today for arm day for the first time ever. Had a great workout. Will definetly be using it on my cut

    Nice chest explosion! how many grams of Protien a day you shooting for. I know in the past you have grow on very little protein.
