    My diet went off the rails this weekend. Saturday was my nieces wedding and I went hard on the donuts. I believe I ate like 5 .. more donuts than drinks lol. My brothers and sister spent the night at my house, so Sunday was football and Shakeys with Mojo Potatoes! I ate like half a large. Still trying to digest it lol. Oh well. You live a little. Very impressed with White Flood! It hit hard. Pump picture below. I've never seen my left bicep vein come through (non tatted arm).

    Great session today. Weight went up from the weekend splurge and last night I indulged in some left-over potato mojo's haha. Chinups suffered from yesterday's bicep session and the pumps on my forearms were real! Loved it. I had to use straps for the DB rows. I think I'm going to throw in some afternoon cardio.. at least some brisk walks. tomorrow rest day and i'll do a cardio session. I've decided this will be my last week doing the 5/3/1. I keep itching to go back on a PHAT routine. I will start October 9th after my bday and start my epic Olympus Labs stack.

    Re1gn (alternate with other pres) , endur3, and ep1logue. Tr1umph is pretty pricey.. if they drop the new one at intro price next month i might pickup, but really want to see how ep1logue and endure3 treat me.

    I think so. I got mine at the Olympia release,l so i got them a tad bit cheaper, but have kept them sealed until i finish off some current tubs. i know epilogue is no longer available at the intro price. Steak sauce website has endure at bogo.

    I'm hoping it treats me well. So far people have been noticing increased pumps, but anything "anabolic" would take time.

    Wow! Very impressed with this Gaspari product. Had some awesome fullness pumps, not so much vascularity. Great chest workout today. Last night I went for a brisk 15 min walk with my pup and then hit up some sushi for dinner.

    The extra load from today made me extra hungry lol, hence my post workout meals. Weight dropped back down to 187 lbs. I'm all over the place, since I haven't been consistent with tracking or controlling myself with meals. I think tomorrow I'll be putting endur3 to the test without stacking with anything else. I'll drink a cup of coffee to wake my arse up, but I really want to see how endur3 performs on its own. Ep1logue will begin on Tuesday, I will be taking monday off as just a cardio day (i'll test endur3 that day as well)

    Snake Venom Review

    Taste: 10/10
    I canít figure out the taste. It reminded me of that mexican juice Jumex haha. If i were to guess, it is like a frankenstein monster of different fruits. Like mango, some pineapple, guava? Very refreshing.

    Mixability: 10/10
    No issues and mixes with ease. Noticed some foaming, but was not a big issue:

    Performance: 10/10
    What the hell did you guys make?? With the flavor names like snake venom, unicorns blood..it feels like you are drinking a potion from a video game to replenish hearts (legend of zelda ) i drank half a cup of instant coffee and that is it. Hit the gym and started sipping on it. I felt great and pushed through my Upper Power with ease.. and i went to sleep late last night.

    Conclusion: 10/10
    For those complaining about stims, just stick to endur3 . The name is very well suited! Iíve never had a bcaa supplement like this. A+

    Ep1logue is no joke! Wow the pumps were wicked. I felt like I was going to pop and I had swelling that hurt my shoulders. I was barely able to lift 25 lbs for a shoulder press. i had to let the lactic acid settle for a bit. When I put my light pullover hoodie back on it was extremely tight around my shoulders and traps. The last time I remember pumps hurting this bad/good haha was with x-gels (and that was only a few times around 6 weeks in) this was DAY 1! I immediately felt the mind muscle connection when doing the t-bar rows and from then on I was locked in to pumping and activating my muscles with the workout. I was hurting by the time i got to overhead presses. it was awesome.
