    Intro : I am currently 28 I play rugby league, union, tag and touch.
    I am an Australian living in Japan.
    I captained the Japanese Rugby League team last year.
    I have been lifting on and off since I was 15.

    Am looking to be consistent and I think this forum would be a great place to start.

    Current training.
    2017/4/27~
    I ruptured a tendon in my finger and currently have a pin in my finger holding it together for the next few months which will limit my training.
    For the next 2 months I intend to hit leg 3-4 times a week. Quad day and hamstring day and grow my neck.

    First time back in gym since finger injury. Couldn't do box squat because the box was being repaired.

    It was good to be back in the gym.
    Hitting legs and neck 3 times a week for the next 2 months I want to increase the weight and volume slowly.
