I want to keep a log of this cut as I have not exactly been consistent with it. My training has been on point but my diet has sucked. So I am writing this log to stay consistent with my cut. I am currently at 184 with 14.5% bf. This means I have roughly 157lbs of lbm. My goal is to drop 1lb of body fat per week which would put me at 176lbs and roughly 10.5% bf. My bonus goal is to add 1lb of lbm and to increase my B/S/D by 5lbs each. My tdee is 2750 I will be dropping it down to 2500 cals. I will be following a 35C/40P/25F diet. I will also do 15min of cardio every workout. My supplements staples will be EC, Fish oils, D3, Ashwagandha, DIM, BCAAs, Whey, Casein, pre.
