Well I need to be held accountable for my diet since that's my week point so I decided to log everything. Quick history of myself I'm 38 years old and academy instructor for a state police agency. I have been lifting since I was a teenager but only took it seriously the last 5 years. I have put on some decent size but my diet has always been mediocre at best. But time to change and ready to get my diet dialed in. I'm 6'4 and 255lbs sitting around 22% bf and want to get to 12%ish bf the less the better. I do all the cooking for the family so it's easy for me to get my macros in.
My supp stack will be lgd 8 weeks at 10 mg a day - only did Sparta lean and osta fine before
Be using a pre,bcaa and many other things I will be going through my stash tomorrow. Pct will be clomid with a test booster and ara
Daily staples are coq10,multi,fish oil,joint support,creatine

Workout routine ATM is chest/arms,back/shoulders,legs/abs - cardio whenever I have extra time and do it twice a week. I was in a bad car accident last year so I'm trying to get my numbers back up - 5 hernations,3 bulging discs and a muscle tear so my numbers aren't the best but I don't give a fuk it's all about be better than I was the day before

Straight arm barbell raises from waist to overhead

Not bad at all wish I had energy for more but back felt tight

Power cakes peanut butter made into a Belgium waffle

Lunch I have a pork lion and a pork butt that's onto the smoker soon - gonna use hickory and pulling the lion at 145 and butt at 205 to make pulled pork. That will make enough protein for lunch for the week

Horrible sleep last night. Kept waking up every half hour or so. Tossing and turning
On the train to work where we have a full gym. This is my normal gym that I use mostly. I get to work 2 hours early to lift,shower and eat.
