TheKhrazy's Training Log: Beat the Scrawny

So I haven't been in the body building game for long, but I've heard about this forum, and I figured it's about time I started up myself. In October of 2015, I started a gym membership at 125 lbs of barely anything at all. After 3 months of a 3-days-a-week regimen I gained almost 15 lbs of lean muscle. There wasn't any specific workout routine, other than focusing on certain muscle groups at a time: one day would be chest and triceps, next would be back and biceps, and then lastly would be legs. After the superbowl, I switched to a German Volume Training routine, 5 days a week, and I'm in love. I've gained about 10 lbs more since then and I plan on continuing through the summer.

As far as suppliments, I'm taking Olympus Labs creatine, with a variety of pre-workouts and aminos.

I'm excited to see how far I can push my body and eliminate this scrawny pysique!

SO... done with introductions - lets start with what I did today.

13 minutes heavy resistance bike

DB Arnold Press:

20 x 10

30 x 8 (I kinda failed on that one, trying to push myself)

30 x 10 (after this I started doing sets of 10 pushups during each 60 second breaks)

Thank you! I know noob gainz aren't much to impress, but I'm proud of how much better I look in just a few months.
Gainz is Gainz broski. Anyone who picks their *ss off the couch to improve themselves has my respect;).

Alright, gonna mash the last 2 days into this update. Closed at work the last two nights so I've been to exhausted to do anything.

Wednesday:

10 minutes HIIT

Assisted Pull-Ups - did the first set unnassisted for 7 reps then every set after that I did assisted with 50 lbs, 10 reps each. Last two sets did 12 reps.

DB Bent-Over Rows -

15 x 12 (realized this was way too low and didn't want to do 400 of them since my roommate had to get his set in too lol)
20 x 12 (still low)
30 x 10
30 x 10
30 x 10

25 x 10
25 x 10

25 x 12 (trying to get those last few to really puuuuush those reps out)

Thursday:

(No cardio, sorry came off a closing shift the previous night and early this morning, I was not having it lol)

After the gym this morning, I could already tell my legs are gonna be toast, so that's gonna be fun waking up tomorrow (today) for a double shift at work.
