Hey guys! I'm back on the boards after another long cold winter. I did a great job of staying lean but lost some size and strength.
I just got a bottle of lgd4033 from a buddy and I'm excited to give it a try. I've had some great runs with osta the last couple of years so I'll know how it compares.
Starting stats:
Age: 26
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 176 lbs
Body fat: 11%
Bench max: 200
Squat: 285
Deadlifts: 315

Goals in 8 weeks:
Body fat: 8%
Bench max: 225
Squat: 305
Deadlifts: 335

Lgd4033:
I'm planning to dose at 3mg/ day for 8 weeks. I'll probably follow it with some DAA and creatine/ beta alanine for PCT.

Diet:
I've gotten my best results from 40c/40p/20f so I'm going to go with that again. I usually make adjustments and slowly reduce carbs.

Let's do this. Who's in?!?!

Workout 1: bench

BB bench: 170 x 5, 180 x 3, 190 x 2, 135 x 10, 10, 9
Lat pulldowns: 100 x 10, 10, 10, 9
Rear delt cable work: 10 x 11, 10, 10
Rope triceps extensions: 90 x 10, 10, 9, 9
Cable kickbacks: 5 x 16, 14, 12

The gym was kind of packed so I was sort of bouncing around. I wanted to hit another chest exercises but my chest is actually pretty sore so I guess I did okay.

Finally got back in the gym today. I still don't feel great but much better. I was supposed to do deadlifts today but I really didn't think I could stand that kind of strain yet. Did some shoulders instead.

Did my usual rotator cuff work then

Overhead DB press: 50s x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Lateral DB raises: 10s x 10, 10, 9

Rear delt cable work: 7.5 x 12, 11, 11

I actually feel pretty good about how that went. The overhead press sets were as good as any in 6 months.
I felt out of breath and fatigued the whole time I was in the gym but my muscles felt strong. I feel like I was looking pretty defined in the mirror too. Hmmm. I'll call that a success!

Felt nearly 100% today. Glad to be back at it! The power racks were occupied so I got stuck on the Smith today. I accounted for the weight difference in the bar.

Deadlifts: 235 x 5, 255 x 5, 270 x 5
Lat pulldowns: 100 x 10, 10, 10
Chin pulldowns: 100 x 10, 10, 10
Low rows: 70 x 10, 10, 9
Hammer curls: 25s x 10, 8, 8

Biceps were exhausted by the time I did curls. Felt like I want getting a good pump, but my veins were poking out for a couple hours after my workout. Maybe the lgd?

Forgot to post my last workout from Friday.

Bench: 155 x 5, 165 x 5, 175 x 5
Decline: 135 x 10, 10, 9
Cable crossovers: 3 sets of 10
rope triceps extensions: 42.5 x 10, 10, 10
Flat bar triceps extensions: 42.5 x 10, 9, 9 (dropset for 8 more reps)

Has a great workout. Felt strong on the bench. That was the first time doing decline in like 2 years. Felt a great pump in lower chest area especially. Good stuff!

Today was the dreaded squat day. I do a modified version of the 531 routine and this is the first week (the hardest week). 5 reps at 85% of my max is a killer.

Squats: 220 x 5, 235 x 5, 250 x 5
Leg press: 445 x 10, 10, 9
Leg extensions: 70 x 10, 50 x 13, 50 x 12
Ab crunch machine: 70 x 10, 10, 8, 8, 5

Great workout today. I went light and held the extension on leg extensions and my god my quads were on fire. I love it! I tried to play a little basketball afterward but my legs were just shot.

Back in the gym to do some shoulders and back.

Seated DB shoulder press: 55s x 10, 10, 10, 8
Bent over rows: 95 x 10, 10, 10, 9, 8
Lat pulldowns: 100 x 9, 80 x 10,80 x 10
Facepulls: 35 x 12, 10, 10
Basketball for 2 hours

I felt pretty good on all my lifts. I went a little heavier than normal on shoulder press and my triceps went out before my shoulders. I've been going lighter and really contacting on some lifts (pulldowns, Facepulls, etc).

Also, I started on the EC stack a couple days ago. I've always gotten great results from it.

Good updates, i find it better to sometimes use less weight on scull crushers and push downs and increase reps all the way up to 20 to get more of a pump and burn.

Whats your dosing with ECA?

I'm using Primatene for the ephedrine. 25mg per dose. I've just been drinking a couple cups of coffee for the caffeine. I usually dose twice per day, but I'll likely go to 3 times per day if fat loss slows.

Ive gained a pound or two since i started this log. Feel like I'm looking more defined in the mirror. Can barely see the line below my bottom abs, so I'd say I'm right at 11%.

Deadlift day!

Deads: 255 x 5, 270 x 3, 285 x 5
Lat pulldowns: 100 x 10, 85 x 11, 10, 10, 10
Preacher curls: 50 x 10, 9, 7

Kind of a short workout. I accidentally did 5 reps on my first set of deadlifts (forgot it was 3reps week). I still managed 5 reps on my last set as I was going til failure. Felt pretty strong overall

Sorry. School has been keeping me really busy this week. I played basketball for a couple hours earlier in the week just to get some cardio in. Here's yesterday's workout:

Bench: 165 x 3, 175 x 3, 185 x 3
Decline: 135 x 10, 10, 8, 8
Skull crushers: 40 x 10, 10, 8
EZ bar curls: 50 x 10, 10, 10, 8, 8, 8
Triceps kickbacks: 10 x 12, 11, 10, 10 10

I felt pretty crappy when I first got to the gym. Didn't feel very strong or ready to lift. Surprisingly, I felt like I had great endurance. I did more sets than usual and felt good. Had an awesome pump after supersets of curls and skull crushers. Then I went and played pickup basketball for like 3 hours straight. I felt like I couldn't get tired. I could just keep going and going. IDK if that's from the lGD kicking in or what but it was certainly unusual. Good stuff!

Forgot to add that I weighed in the heaviest in like 8+ months. I always weigh in with my shoes on so just subtract like 1.5 lbs for my real weight. I weighed in at 178.8. I'm actually looking leaner too. I tested my body fat and it said 9.5%. I thought I was more like 10.5 but whatever. I was definitely getting lower readings on my stomach and thigh with the calipers.

School is still kicking my ass, but I'm lifting when I can. Today is leg day.

Squats: 235 x 3, 250 x 3, 265x 3
Leg press: 440 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
Calf machine: 170 x 15, 14, 15, 13, 13

Basketball for 2+ hours. Quads started cramping up and I finally had to call it.

I felt pretty crappy while squatting but I got through it. Went hard on leg press too.

I injured my shoulder somehow and have had a lot of trouble lifting my arm in front and above myself. I still wanted to get in the gym so I hit some biceps.

Preacher curls: 50 x 11, 10, 10
Concentration curls: 20 x 12, 10, 8
15 x 12, 10
Hammer curls: 25s x 9, 8, 8

It was a quick little workout. Just tried not to bother my shoulder

Shoulder has been bothering me for days but it's definitely getting better. The worst part is I really don't know how I hurt it. Must have been when I was playing basketball the other day. Either way, I wanted to try deadlifts today.

Deadlifts: 235 x 5, 270 x 3, 300 x 3!
Lat pulldowns: 100 x 12, 10, 10, 10, 9
Chin up pulldowns: 120 x 10, 10, 10
Incline hammer curls: 25 x 10, 25 x 8, 20 x 10, 20 x 9, 20 x 8

Damn that was a great workout! I haven't lifted 300 on deads in a while. 3 reps is pretty good for me.
After pulldowns my biceps had a decent pump going so I wanted to keep it going. The incline curls felt awesome. Had veins like crazy. Really just an awesome day in the gym

Finally got back to doing upper body after the shoulder issues. Still not perfect but feeling much better. Also, I weighed in at 180.4 which is definitely more than I've weighed in a long time. I think the lgd is kicking in

Bench: 155 x 5, 175 x 3, 195 x 2
135 x 10, 10, 10
Straight bar triceps extensions: 40 x
15, 12, 10, 35 x 13, 11
One arm cable tri extensions: 10 x
12, 12, 10

Felt great on my lifts. I wish I had a spotter because I think I could have gotten a 3rd rep of 195. I couldn't think of any other way to hit chest that wouldn't hurt my shoulder so I just moved on to triceps. Had a good pump going. Great workout

Sorry it's the end of the semester and I've been grinding on final projects. I actually have one due tomorrow so I should probably start on that, huh? Gym first!

Squats: 220 x 5, 250 x 3, 295 x 2
Leg extensions: 100 x 15, 14, 13, 12, 10
Ab crunch machine: 70 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 6
Calf machine: 160 x 19! (PR), 16, 12, 13,
Leg curls: 90 x 15, 5 (cramps)

Yet another great workout. I took a dose of EC before the gym and I felt like a million bucks. I still felt strong after squats. I had to bail during my second set of leg curls because my right hamstring started cramping. I couldn't even walk out of the gym. I had to stop and stretch like hell first. Other than that, it was great. Haha

Shoulder day!

Standing overhead press: 100 x 5,
110 x 3, 125 x 1
Lateral DB raises: 12.5s x 11, 11, 9,
10s x 10, 10
Front DB raises: 12.5s x 10, 10, 9
Rear delt cable: 12.5 x 10, 9, 9

I really felt great working shoulders again. I've had good endurance lately. I went and played some basketball and felt energetic throughout.

Hit some deadlifts today. I think I'm going to stop the lgd for a while. I've been on it for a couple months now and I feel pretty suppressed. I should have a lot more time to focus on the gym after I graduate next week. I'll continue the log during the summer
