    Yes, I'm still alive and kicking!
    Well, not so much "kicking" as I fugged up my knees doing a Trenavar-Epistane cycle.

    This log will also be a motivation for myself.
    Writing daily about my progress helps me to keep track and is a commitment to the few who follow me.
    English isn't my native tongue, if you find errors in my writings, you can keep them.

  2. I'm currently on a cut, no PR's expected. Training is: volume, rest-pause and drop sets.

    Shoulders,Traps

    Shoulder press machine (40 sec pause between sets):
    110lbs x 10/10/10/10/9/8 rest pause 10 sec. 2 sets: 5/3

    DB lateral raises (no pause drop sets):
    2x38 lbs x7/5/5
    2x33 lbs x8/7/5
    2x22 lbsx8/7/6
    2x16 lbsx10/8/8

    Cable reverse fly's( 40 sec between sets+2 rest pause 10sec
    2x18lbs 10/9/9/8/8/7+4/4

    BB front rises (Olympic BB + 2x 5kg plates) (regular sets 60sec pause)
    66 lbs x10/8/8/7

    Traps DB seated (40 sec pause + 2 rest pause sets 10 sec)
    2x110 lbs 12/11/11/10/8/8 +5/4

    Bicycle
    -mountain mode lv.10 x5min
    -random mode lv.7 x12min

    It's called "Hand pollination", basically giving the cactus a hand-job to bare fruits later on. Not a real workout but worth for sharing.

    I'm a German who migrated to Paraguay 23 years ago, looking for freedom and to escape German routine, bureaucracy, ridiculous rules and laws.
    Never regretted my decision to live off the grid, here I could fulfill all my dreams.

    I'm starting a Deca/Test cycle for 12 weeks, trying to fix my knee problems I got from a Epistane/Tren cycle a few month ago.
    It will look like this:

    1-4 Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (NPP) 2x100mg/w
    1-12 Deca Durabolin 1x200mg/w
    1-13 test-E 250mg/w
    1-13 0.25 Adex EOD
    Total: Test-E 250mg/week+Deca 200mg/week

    Constructive input (help) welcome!

    Since I already finished a cycle recently, I keep the dosages low.
    I'm still on a cut and diet+cardio will define the outcome.
    Afterwards I'll start TRT or keep cruising/blasting.

    Edit: To avoid Deca-D*ck, I may probably use some Trest during the first 4 weeks until Test-E kicks in

    I believe politics is a joke (a bad one) world wide. For most people living in USA, Germany -or UK it's as good as it gets, especially if you are an academic or professional of any kind, working for a big company.
    In my case, I used a non-developed country to my advantage, to become an entrepreneur, you can't pull this off in a high competitive- first world environment.

  28. Yesterday was off, but I'm glad I went to gym. Did cable rotator cuff exercises for injury prevention and 20 minutes forced bicycle. With the right music, cardio is almost likable.

    Today at night will be chest and back, a zillion pull ups are on the menu.

    Diet is going well, I do not restrain myself from eating, it's all about WHAT you are eating. I keep carbs to a minimum, protein high and coconut oil for fat. I take the oil as a pre- workout, guessing it would help to put the body in "fat-burning-mode".

    Cable row narrow grip ( 6 set- 40 sec rest+2 rest pause- 10sec)

    BB flat bench ( 6 set- 40 sec rest+2 rest pause- 10sec)
    165 lbs 10/10/10/10/10/9 +5/5
    BB incline bench ( 6 set- 40 sec rest+2 rest pause- 10sec)
    165 lbs 10/9/9/9/8/7+4/5

    10 minutes bicycle mountain mode level 10

    My mp3 player was without battery and I endured the gym music, like Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift.... I really felt how my gender changed while training... #Hairygrandma
