Fellow barbarians and amazons - how's it going? Recently discovered the Chaos & Pain blog and by extension; Anabolic Minds. I train outta my basement but that's my own choice. I hate modern gyms and the people who "train" in em. I'll throw up my current stats, nothing too impressive but just for a point of reference.

Male - 25yo.
5'3" - approx 135ish lbs
Back Squat: 305 (no belt/no wraps)
Deadlift: 415 (no belt)
Bench Press: 285 (no belt/no wraps)

MmmmK. Nuff bout me lets get to the log.

10/05/15

Weighed in @ 133lbs
(This is all in lbs)

A1) BB Back Squat 15x1
3x265x1
5x270x1
5x275x1 (threw the belt on around this point)
2x280x1

B1) BB Snatch-grip Shrug 12x2 (more of a modified rack pull, from plates didn't wanna damage my bar. Pull and shrug each rep and paused at the top for 2 sec.. Used straps)
2x295x2
2x300x2
2x305x2 (belt)
3x310x2 (belt)
2x315x2
1x320x2 (belt)

C1) BB Reverse-grip Bench Press 10x3
3x210x3
5x215x3 (belt)
2x220x3

D1) Weighted Crunch 1x100
1x35x100

Felt solid throughout. Finished up with warmup/cool down in a lil less than an hour and half. Would've been quicker but I've never done the snatch-grip shrug and both the shrug and the reverse-grip bench I had to guesstimate my numbers so that took some time as well. Kept my rest times around 30-45 seconds and NOTHING above 1 min.

Those are impressive stats at 133lb mate. Are you sure there's not a typo in your weight?

Sorry for not updating this. I'm still in the trenches training but haven't been putting it down digitally. Yeah that's kinda bull on my part I know but I'm gearing up to run a short SARMs log soon. Probably mid-November. This will be my first time using SARMs. In fact it will be my first time using anything other than whey protein, fish oil, a multi, and a preworkout. So I've been busy getting all my info together to make sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

So far my focus is on more strength/muscle mass so I'm going with Olympus UK Legend (LGD-4033) and I'm naturally going to run the beginners cycle along with their El1minate for on-cycle support. I already have the Legend now and will order the El1minate tomorrow. For off-cycle I'm looking at Olympus UK Sup3er PCT and their Ep1c Unleashed to keep any gainz I make. And a basic AI as well. These forums have been extremely valuable in helping me with my decisions. I will post more about my training and diet the closer the time gets. Training will essentially be the same with just a bit more structure. Three heavy full-body days (lower/pull/push/core) and two to three lighter days for some more pump work and isolation training.

Anyway, feel free to hit me up if there is any criticism of suggestions for my future plan. I will update this tomorrow with my Friday Heavy Session. And yes to answer your question AustBenny - it's not a typo. That's my weight haha.

Done...good quick session but not real motivation. Just getting a pump.

Side note: I just read Jamie Lewis' "Destroy the Opposition" eBook last night and got an instant training boner! Awesome book. So starting this coming Monday I'm switching to his Advanced Squat Specialist program. It's more powerlifter with some power-builder thrown in for good measure but it's exactly what I'm looking for. Every day is some kinda heavy for the most part which is ideal cause I'm getting bored limiting myself to only 3 heavy days a week. Granted they're full body but still.

That's a great lift man. You look pretty built in the photos. I hate to ask again, do you maybe mean 133 kilos?

I cannot reconcile that weight with your lifts and how you look in those photos.

Haha - no bro, all my lifts and weights are in pounds (lbs). I'm built like a Neanderthal though...short and hairy.

Fair enough man, I just don't get it - 133lb is 60kg which is like like the weight of the last cutie I banged.

Lol, well to be honest most of my exes were taller than me so they usually weighed more too. Cavemen have a thing for Amazonian wimz.

Haven't updated this in months but I'm starting a new program and will be logging an Andro cycle later on so I thought it was a good idea to get this rolling.

Im changing my training from strictly strength focus (with hypertrophy as a pleasant side effect) to a more balanced strength AND hyper program based on the principals of Dorian Yates (Blood & Guts) and Dante Trudel (DoggCrapp).

I'll be following Johnny Pain's "Greyskull Methods for Powerbuilding". I have modified it somewhat (though I asked Johnny about those changes and he OK'd em) to a 4 days/week split rather than 3 days and added some minor additional beach body work.
