It's time that I man up and get lifting hard. I took it easy most of the summer and have had no motivation to hit it hard and finally make some gains. When I stalled on my deadlifts and squats I hit a motivation wall that was a million miles wide and a million miles tall. Just couldn't get past it. I work more than 40 hrs a week in a demanding job and attend evening classes at the university. On top of that I'm married with kids. So I'm up before 5 to get my lift in. The only supps I take currently are c4 for my pwo and whey for my post. I plan to incorporate casein for my bedtime snack.
I have been lifting for nearly ten years now and it's my passion. This past winter is the hardest I've ever worked. I used a variation of strong lifts and squatted daily. Bulked up to 205 but just looked fat. But my deads and squats were over 400 and my bench had finally hit 300. This spring and summer I worked on losing my fat and got back down to 185. Where I currently am but I am not satisfied. I feel like I look like garbage.
So here is my log to push me over the edge and Kick my butt in gear.

Thanks. Know people were gonna be critiquing my lift pushed me today. Feeling pretty good. Had a bowl of chili for lunch. Not the healthiest but I was starved. Dinner will be cleaner.

Big lunch today. Ate Mexican. Chicken shrimp and steak with two eggs over a bed of peppers.

I bruised my hand pretty good this morning. I used wrist straps to help with weight and when I dropped the weight I sorta slammed it down and forced my hand right into the top of the bar. Now the meaty part of my hand is swollen and purple. Oh well. Guess that means I'm doing legs tomorrow instead of shoulders.

Took some casein last night. First time ever. I'll be honest. I don't like the texture. But I wasnt near as hungry this morning.

Had a decent workout this morning. Picked up modern bcaa+ and it seemed to keep me satisfied during my lift. I'll stick with bcaas for a while and see how they work.
Did shoulders this morning but my hand is still pretty bruised so I stuck to mostly pulls and raises. I didn't log this mornings log. My bad.
Sushi for dinner then a scoop of protein
Before bed. Tomorrow will be a mixed lift day. Probably chest and legs.

Had the flu all weekend and it sucked! Hand is still pretty bruised but it's healing so I squeezed in a light lift. Tried a new gym today and they don't allow shaker cups in the weight room. Probably won't be going back unless desperate. Still it was an ok lift. 275 agitated my hand so I only did one set. I've also been getting a sharp headache when I flat bench. I've changed my style slightly. I try to push my back through the bench when I do 275 and I feel stronger but I think the added tension is causing me to get a headache. Normally I just push the weight and keep my shoulder blades pinched. I think this requires some research.

It's not lifting related but I built and put in a new pump for my hot tub today. I'm so happy to final have it back to operational. It's currently heating back to temp. I'm so pumped. Can't wait to soak some soreness away.

Horrible workout today. Last night I was hit with a headache so intense I couldn't see straight. It took forever for it to subside enough for me to go to sleep. This morning I still had a small headache but no big deal. Wrong. Every rep, every set made it so much more intense. I plan on taking it easy today now. Here's this mornings bs lift.

Still getting over this flu so I took NyQuil last night and was groggy getting up this morning. Late start again but I had a good leg workout. I didn't do much but they were burning and felt pretty thick. The legs took about 30 min then I hit abs for about 10 minutes then it was off to work. Got called in early for something. Oh well. Tomorrow I plan to do deads. I'm pumped.

This morning was chest. I'm trying to incorporate more sets in a shorter time. I'm limited on my time due to work and family. So I'm pretty workout this morning. I'm limiting my rest periods too. Drank my bcaas faster which sucked but oh well. I keep getting these really sharp headaches when I do flat bench but only when I do 275. Not sure why. Yesterday I started counting calories on myfitnesspal. Wow. I am way off on my food intake. I wasn't cautious and had a normal day. 4000 calories. Protein was good at 243g. Carbs were real high 399. And fat was really high 146. It didn't help that I had the endless pasta at Olive Garden though. I'm about to start a cycle and I want to clean it up and cut up.
Today was legs. Ended up spending most of the morning talking to a bro who competitive powerlifts. Trying to get me to lift with him and compete next year. Thinking about doing it.

Yesterday was a low calorie day. Super busy so I only took in about 22000 calories. I was able to take in about 220 G protein. Kept my fat and carbs low too. Start my cycle today. I'm pretty excited. I finished my first bottle of m1d on Monday. 11-16-15. Overall I was very pleased with my first run. I saw strength gains and an increase in definition. The scales say I lost a pound overall but several people complimented me throughout the last 4 weeks saying I was looking bigger. I didn't experience any sides and am feeling better overall. I do feel that the m1d would be better if ran for 6-8 weeks. Which is why I ordered another bottle!! Yay. I'm upping the dosage to 2ml 3x a day. Instead of 1.3 3x daily. It will give me 20 more days instead of 30. Then I will start pct.
I'm pretty pumped and I have two workouts to log already.

Omg! So today was my first lift on it. Holy cow. I was a little skeptical going in to the gym as I wasn't itching like with my c4 or jittery. I was worried I wasted my money. Then I started lifting. Then I kept lifting. Then I lifted some more. After I got done flat bench everything seemed to mold into one big superset. I remember looking at the clock thinking omg I still have ten minutes. I can't move my arms. The pump I got was extreme. I gotta say. I'm pretty happy.

Been slacking on my logs. Monday was chest. Really good lift and good pump. Hit tris at the end of the lift. Had a good burn. Woke up sore on Tuesday. Very happy. Hit legs yesterday. 225x20 on squats. New best. Then did three more sets of 10. Less than 90 second rests. After squats I did super sets of legs/upper back and bis. Low weight on upper with high reps. Trying to work out some kinks. Legs were killing me and my ass kept cramping up Yesterday.

Actually logged today's lift. Chest and back. I only had about 35 minutes cause I had to go to work early so I superset two routines with light weight and moderate reps. Then hit the rack pull heavy. Feeling real good right now.

Im on day 10 I believe of my second bottle of m1d. So half way through it. I'm really seeing some strength results with the upped dose. Ordering my pct on Black Friday. Gonna run form xt and probably the t2. Not sure but I'm gonna stack it with something.
I don't want this to end. Lol.

I'm also really like the conquered unleashed. It's keeping me focused and the taste keeps me from wanting to drink it for a pick me up. The flavor is ok but the focus and drive is awesome. I don't have the cracked out shakes I get from c4 but I really miss that itchy sensation. No lift tomorrow. Gyms closed. So I'll just gorge my self with food and get a nice preload for Friday's lift.

Today was a good day! I feel great. Slept great. Feeling pumped. Today is my deadlift day. My goal for a while now is 500 by the end of the year. Well today I moved two steps closer. I pulled 480 and it was easy. It came off the ground smooth and the entire lift was smooth. My friend talked me into trying 495. I got it halfway up my knees before I started shaking. I struggled and held it at knee level for a couple seconds before I dropped it. I think had i not pulled 480 I would have had the strength to pull it. So next week I am putting 500 on the bar and pulling it. I know I can pull it.
