Hi guys been gone a long time. A lot of things have happened and haven’t been able to work out like I use to. Good news is I got a home gym giving to me so I will be working out again. I have it set up out side since have no room inside where I live.
My goal as of now is to cut fat and hopefully add some lean mass.
Supplements not much. Can't really afford it but do have a jug of Whey.
Diet will consist of meats and veg trying to cut all grains and raw sugar.
Going to ease back into it. Will post weight as soon as I can.
Workout will be dependent of weather until I get something over my gym.
