so i am going ahead and staring this log to run along side my sponsed pyroxmine log and to keep going after that log is over. my workouts are below:
You will be training 6 days per week.
o Squat Day
o Bench Day
o Deadlit Day
Squat Day

cardio will be twice a day on lifting days. Hiit cardio following the lifting for the days and liss again later on the the day. most days the hitt and lifting will be done in the morning before work, and the liss after work in the afternoon.

Didn't get cardio in this morning but did up my volume like I wanted.
Pyroxamine is still hitting for me. I have noticed the past couple days it really killing hunger which is awesome. And the focus is great. Was able to get all my extra volume done in the same amount of time as normal

Yea. I do front squat because they don't aggravate my lower back. Which I have alot of issues with. Same reason my heavy deadlifts I do sumo.

Was really feeling it and in the zone. Dosed a Pyro right about 15 min before and I was locked in.
Bb bench. 4x4
DB incline press. 3x8 hit a problem last set at 75 lb dbs. Super stoked
Log press. 4x8
Snatch grip high pulls. 4x8
Stiff arm push downs. 3x8
Tri push downs. 3x8
DB shoulder press. 3x8
Cardio
Tire flips superset with trap bar farmers walks. 4 sets
Tire flips was 15 yards each set and farmers was 40 yd each set
15 min bike.
Feel freaking awesome today sad though only two left of Pyroxamine. Was thinking while lifting how awesome a stack of pyroxamine, nitramine, and magnitropin would be. Kinda got me excited thinking about it. Lol

After the back squats I decided to go heavy for the first time since I injured my back. I had most been just doing heavy front squats and light weight back squats. Hit a double for 285 and single at 315 which isn't a while lot but I'm happy and now it's time to hit it all heavy

Leg curls 5x10
Leg ext 5x10
Calf raises 3x10
No cardio this morning my try and get a run in after work depending on the weather

Then decided to see what I had in the tank. So first max since back injury. Hit 320 for reps on both Conv and sumo.

Snatch grip high pull. 4x5
Stiff arm push downs. 4x10

Incline prone db rows 3x8
Did some curls just because then farmers for cardio

Back from being at work all week. bought me some max pump by finaflex to try for some pumps so I will be commenting on this as well for now.
Bench day
Bench 5x4
DB shoulder press. 4x8
Incline db press. 4x10
Snatch grip high pull 4x8 superset with stiff arm push downs 4x15
Tri push downs 4x15
Machine chest press. 4x20
Cardio 15 min bike
As far as max pump not to much to comment on as it is first day but really looking forward to it based on reviews I have read.

Interested in your thoughts on Max Pump. It is one that I have to take a few days to get the constant fullness and pumps. (Been taking it 4 straight months).

Didn't really feel like hitting the gym today. But told my ass to get up take my second dose of therm x and get after it. Got to the gym and kinda slugged around for first couple sets then BAM holy **** the therm x hit and I was in the zone getting work done.

ok so i have decided to make some slight changes to the workout programming. i will be putting in 5/3/1 for just the big four( bench, squat, deads and overhead press) basiclly all i did was on my normal workout when it called for one of these instead of using the rep ranges and sets it called you i will be throwing in the 5/3/1 programming just using the rep ranges and weights calculated.

That's how I do it too. 531 for the 4, then MD type stuff for the rest.
