Trying to get things started... AGAIN!!

Hey guys its been a while since I've posted... Long story short, I've been focusing on my moving up the ladder in my career and got off track with my health. I'm not a fat mess or anything but haven't been to the gym in like 9 months which really is normal for me. Either way I'm starting this log in the hopes it'll give me some motivation to get things going again and maintain it for the years to come. Here is the plan ATM but I'm sure this will change as things go on:

Jan
Get back to walking and/or slow jogs
Start getting up earlier in the AM for push-ups, sit-ups etc
Start some basic yoga where it fits in

Feb
Start a basic 3 day a week lifting routine
Start 3-4 day a week cardio

Mar
?????



Btw don't let the avi fool you, that was in March 2014 lol...
