Been working my butt off in hopes of setting some new PRs, and breaking into some serious ground in this log. Current Training split is Chest/Back, Leg/Shoulders, and Arms/Abs, Off, Repeat. So far It gives me 2 rest days as most Sat. my training partner goes hunting so I take off as well. Seen great results thus far been doing this since Sep. and I must say its going great!

Supps: I really should be logging these but Viron and Follidrone. Straight killing it atm and loving it. Honestly dont know if Form would aid me that much but there's alot about it I just dont know if I am ready for. Awaiting Vitality to add to this combo as Im sure it will benefit my pursuit of GAINZZZ quite well. Been using Viron for just under a month and hoping to see some interesting results starting to kick in besides the odd things already lol.

Diet: Honestly eating whatever the heck is available. Using Myfit pal and going from 228 to 240(ish) is the goal. Currently attempting to eat the old 40/40/20 split at 3880 cals and just not gaining a thing atm. Cabs-388g, Pro-388g, and Fats-86g. Im always just over my fats btw not terrible but I dont touch the other 2 values. Hopefully it will keep getting better and I will start seeing a shift.

Squat: 465 Parallel Depth

Pause Bench: 390lbs
Deadlift: 565lbs-need to get back into these
Front Squat-365 lost a bit but not much its on the way
OHP and Seat OHP untested atm

PullUps: +45x8reps

Goals: Id like myself to get a contest 405 and official squat down on paper. Id love to see myself attain a 1500lbs total but man where to add on! Just isnt that easy but what is that's worth it.

Currently my game plan, I will adjust after reading tomorrow night as im 3 Margaritas down and just starting to sober up, yes this is how some of my best papers were written lol. I get a little more focused and realized ive started a rant somewhere. Let me know if I am missing anything please and get ready to join me on this adventure. I love constructive criticism and welcome all opinions so feel free to let me know how improvements can be made.

S/N I did get High Volume in today, may give that a whirl tomorrow as I am extremely curious about it but its in Blue Frost??? Didn't see that as a flavor option when I clicked Paradise Cooler but I will try it. One tub will be sent back and the inner seal wasn't sealed at all, there was plenty of blue powder around the edges. Smh swear it better knock my socks off as I am not very pleased as a CUSTOMER at this point.

Ended on a high note, legs were absolutely toasted and I loved it. Sprayed on some BioFreeze and dangit I get my boys everytime. Dont know whats worse the fear of the cramps to come or the burning lol. One of those nights you just grow all around. Currently maintaining weight and looking to increase really soon.

Today's an off day, went riding early AM for 35mins through the woods. Legs are def. sore as crap today but it's soreness no hinderance

P.S. How long did it take before you noticed the effects of Follidrone? I'm on day 5 and I can't say that I've noticed anything at all yet.

Solid 2weeks before I knew it was increasing volume. Acute pump additions but it varies on how hard your going Ya know. Just be ready for the recomp effects

It took the first week for me to feel anything. My edurance went through the roof then I started seeing strength gains the 2nd week.

Bumping up the cals, feeling pretty good today. This cold wind killing my knees but that's alright, makes me think we may get some flurries soon but nothing worth sticking

Coming close to the end of my first bottle of Viron and I believe the effects are beginning to seem much more pronounced.

Vitality has arrived!!! That and the stim free Conqu3r is here and will be adding them into the mix after the weekend!

This weekends squat session was quite brutal and un needed. Decided to keep my BW for 100 reps. Took just over 15mins but 235 fell. Followed up with Bb Lunges and step ups, Lateral lunging, and Hack Squats.

So far they really seem like a killer combo, one that honestly allows my mind and body to press towards new ground.

How old are you, I am almost done with my first bottle and have a week by week report to throw up. I have been dosing 5 days on 2 off (weekends off) and have a decent add on piece for each week. So far they really seem like a killer combo, one that honestly allows my mind and body to press towards new ground.

I'm 36 now and I pretty much struggle to maintain muscle/strength now. When I was in my mid 20's I pretty much added reps or weight every week and mass came with it. Now it seems like I'm just avoiding injury and trying to maintain.
