Hello everyone! I am doing my first sponsored log on AM in a long time. Boy, It is good to be back. I have been giving the opportunity to log two products both made by an awesome company known as Finaflex. The first supplement is Stimul8 and the second is BCAA SAA! I will be updating this long between 4 and 5 day a week. I run a fairly consistent program based on slow progression, and even growth. I will post a full workout plan, supplement sheet, and basic stats before Monday! I will be giving my day-to-day opinion of the supplements as a figure out what serving size, and combination fits me best!

At the end I will give a flat review based on these statements.
Scale of 1-5: 1=Strongly Disagree; 2 = Disagree; 3 = Neutral; 4 = Agree; 5 = Strongly Agree

I felt good yesterday! The preworkout hit me well! I loved the flavor and I felt it quickly! It's hard to judge something out of the first time, so I am holding a lot of my ideas till I hit it again on Wednesday!

I loved the flavor of the BCAA! I can't wait to see how I feel!

I'm never really been into fancy lifting and trying a bunch of random exercises! I love simple exercises and I love slow progression. I feel people don't realize that five pounds on your squat, bench or deadlift a month is 60 pounds a year. People would kill for that. I keep it simple, I keep the weights moving! Digging the support brother!

Late night studying... next time toss 1/4 of a scoop of Stimul8 back. My son (19) does that when he is studying for a test/exam... keeps him up and focused.

What are you studying?
learning a new segment of work in our company (which is a sh1t-ton of stuff to learn, trust me)...on top of that, insurance season is underway, and I need to see like 60 ppl within a month and a half timeframe (which I also had to learn & study all the new benefits and co-pays for a couple different plans within a couple different companies - these things change yr-to-yr)....and I still have the odd-hours personal training & diet consultation thing I fit in
it's a weird time of yr..good thing I don't sleep that much to begin with

I am really feeling the preworkout! I love it about 40 minutes before my workout! I take it halfway through calculus 3 and by the time it's over I am ready to go!!

I haven't had enough time to gage the recover, but I am feeling good! Very little soreness and I feel good in the morning! Loving the stuff! Can't wait to be about a week in so I can give me first "major" review!!!

I know! It really hit me hard today! I had lab work after the gym and I could barely hold my micropipette!

Friday's workout should be up later! I'm getting back into squating. Football really messed up my back, but I knocked myself down weight. Focused on form and I am progressing nicely!

Week 1 Review!

Since I have been going at it coupled with these two awesome products for a week now! It is time for the first weekly review!
Stimul8
1) This product was a great source of clean energy/good mood...
I give this a 8.5 out of 10!
I feel the energy hit me nicely! The length of it has been varied through the first week! I am still trying to get the dose range on point, and when to take it before the lift! I feel given another week I'll be able to focus in on a dosage amount and time to fix this problem!
2) This product helped me power through my training sessions...
8.0 of 10 in the gym... 10 out of 10 during runs
Towards the beginning of the workout I am pumped up and ready to go! It seems though that towards the end of my workout (about 70 minutes in) that the impact of the supp has decreased though! When I am running though I fuggin love it! Hits me hard enough and fast enough that any run under thirty minutes is enhanced so much about it!
3) This product enhanced my mental focus...
9/10! This is kinda plain and simple! I am focused and ready to go! I do not know how much of this comes from the supplement! It is definitely not hurting though.
4) This product had great thermogenic effects...
8/10! I have for sure notice myself sweating more in the gym!
5) This product rocked my world...
It rocked me all night long
6) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family...

9/10I never really have an issue with recover! I do feel the morning stiffness to be lessened! I am excited to see how this statement is impacted in the long run.
2) This product helped me power through my training sessions...
10/10! For sure it has!! I am hitting gains in almost all of my lifts and exercises
3) This product kept me hydrated...
I drink about 80 ounces of water a day so it is hard to judge the impact on hydration!
4) This product tasted great...
This tastes amazing! I let a friend try a sip and they love it too. A solid 11/10! Well done here
5) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family...
Once again I have already!

I didn't realize I did't explain what my ab sets are. This is a superset of 7 different ab workouts that normally takes me between 3-4 minutes
Weighted push- 25 reps
Toe touches- 25
Bicycles- 30 a side
Oblique weigh raise- 25 a side
Elbow to knee- 25 a side
Prayers- 25
Eagles- 25
Planks 8 minutes
Did stairs for about 17 minutes!

Some nice training sessions there ! ;) Love to see those heavy deadlifts on day 9 I generally start with 225 for 8 then go to 255/8 then 285/8 then 315 for 4-6 and then try and hit as many at 335 as I can ..... averaging about 4 before I'm toasted.

Day 12:

I got my cardio by playing some pick up football with friends! I can tell my body is really improving because I see a seperation between how it was this summer and now! I am loving this products and I cant wait to see the end results! I am getting such a great pump in set, and my recovery is through the roof! I have told almost all my buddies to get on this stuff soon!
