Ok, so here we go! A new log for a brand new adventure on my fitness journey! Just in case you haven't been around for any of my other logs- let me give you a quick summary...I started at over 200lb, lazy, and naive! Began lifting on and off about 7 years ago. Learning very slowly the right way to do things! I have been cutting for a very long time and I'm finally going to start working to gain some more muscle! Very excited about to see what the future holds!! :)

As far as nutrition goes- I am adding in calories slowly to build up from being on a cut. I am currently sitting at just over 1900. (185pro, 50 fat, 190 carbs) -Roughly...playing with carbs/fat. Carbs have not actually hit that high yet!

I will take new pics soon but here are some recent ones to get things rolling!

Today was a rest day- meanings slept until 6:15 this morning. Went at lunch for Tabata and added some abs as well! Tomorrow is leg day!!!!

Tabata circuit- 4 rounds totaling 22 mins
20/10 second intervals with 1 min rest

Jump rope 1 min to warm up

Jump rope (30secs)
Jump n jacks
Sit ups
Plank jacks
Mountain climbers
Skater leaps
Riser jumps (7 risers)
Jump rope (30 secs)

10 mins elliptical

Plank 2- to failure
Lying leg lifts with rev crunch on decline bench 15,12,12
20x3 Knee in twisting plank with feet on bench

Congrats on the successful journey thus far ! I have some experience myself with going from lazy and overweight to healthy and fit. Started my journey about 8yrs ago after a very eye-opening Dr's visit (told me I was severely overweight and had very high BP and was gonna die if I didn't change my life) Its a long hard journey but as you know its very well worth it. I cut the weight over 3 years and then started adding lean mass just like you are doing. Keep up the good work. Looking good !

Just finished legs and wow!!! What an awesome workout! There weren't any squats in the Mountain Dog routine today but you know me...I like to add stuff! Lol Hey, I had to help AM get to 10,000 squats right?! They felt really good today too!

Thank you! My legs were on fire after the leg press so I was super stoked that I was able to get in the zone and push through! Legs are sore already! It was nothing compared to Mags insanity though! Lol
