I really like the modifications to rest times as your strength/endurance increases, a well as the increased weights.

Is this your own routine?

Yes it is a mix of some of my favorite workouts mixed into one. Gives me some heavy work mixed in with some Time Under Tension.

Check out the patriotic font colors in this thread!
Just trying to make it more eye catching..lol

Oh man that's tough, 22!! People definitely take our fragile existence for granted. Even eating healthy and keeping the body strong is no guarantee we will get all the way through. Regards to the family and yours, I can only imagine.

Been using DermaStrength the past 26 days and EP1C 19 days and plan on doing a long run with them to see the benefits.

Definitely can tell I stay more pumped and I am more vascular especially at the weight I am at, which is 254 right now. Use to never see the veins in my biceps at that weight.

Endurance in the weight room is very good also. Doing more in my workouts and doing it 5 days a week. Before I started my cycle of DIABOLIX 4 days was the max. But since then and in continued through my PCT with ALPHADEX, DS and EP1C I still have that same drive and recovery.

I have lost about 3 pounds the last couple of weeks but that was by design, looking to thighten up some.

I will train the next two days to make up my workout from yesterday. Upper body #3 workout today and #2 legs tomorrow. Then one more week in my cycle then I will do a de-load week after another 6 weeks of training.

I follow the 5/3/1 blueprint of training two 3 week cycles in a row then a de-load. Seems to work perfect cause if I try to go longer by the 7th week I am burnt.

Had three good workouts over the weekend. Strength continues to increase as well as endurance on my Time Under Tension exercises. EP1C and DermaSTRENGTH are doing their job. Getting some great pumps in and out of the gym.

Weight is down to 253 and starting to look a little harder. Going to hit it hard this week and then next week is a De-Load week and then get ready for another good 6 week run.

Definitely get a good pump with this workout. For my 4x10 sets I go for 30 seconds time under tension.
I am two weeks pass my PCT and have kept my size and weight is down a few pounds from cleaning up the diet some more.
EP1C and DermaSTRENGTH are helping keep my muscles full and pumped along with some good endurance in my workouts.

Thanks! Can't complain about any of it. Made some good gains and seem to be keeping those gains. Definitely had to adjust the diet a little cause I can tell my body isn't processing carbs like they were on cycle but weight and size still there.

Thanks, I appreciate the support.

Had a good rest day, went outside with my daughter to practice her pitching and get a few swings in before she has to play this weekend.
Looking forward to today since it is Leg Day!! Squats have always been my weakness to it has been a slow and steady progress over this past year to get them up but it's going good and I can definitely see the difference in my legs.

I finished off this cycle by just hitting my two main exercises. Once I hit the end of that 6th week I can just tell I am burnt and need a break. Been going at it hard this last 6 weeks with 5 to 6 days a week workouts. Also it is my birthday today the big 40 and wanted to get my workouts in and take the weekend to rest then de-load next week.
Weight is down to 252 so losing very slowly just like I want but can really start to see a difference in the mirror.

With my next cycle of workouts I plan on adding in 20mg of Ostar1ne from Olympus Labs and see what kind of body recomp I can manage.

De-load is feeling good, just resting up and getting ready.

I will start back on Thursday with my lifting and will also be doing a 8 week run of Olympus Labs Ostar1ne and EP1C.

I am finishing up my first bottle of EP1C this week and have done a 45 day run of DermaStrength. Both of these products have really helped me maintain my strength, workout endurance and size Post Cycle.

If I feel the need I also have some Eliminate to use during my cycle.
I will run Ostar1ne at 20mg for the 8 weeks and may bump to 25mg depending on how I feel.

After taking a few days off to rest and re-charge, I am ready to get back to my training.
I will be doing a 5 day Power/Hypertrophy workout. Planned training days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Supplements will be: OL Ostar1ne 20mg + OL EP1C. Thinking of running the Ostar1ne at 20 mg for 4 weeks then jump it to 25mg for another 4 weeks. I will run 2 caps of EP1C the entire cycle.
Other supplements will be Purus Labs Condense + Noxygen + AminoD with 5gr creatine.

Diet will be IIFYM with the bulk of my carbs coming after my training session in the afternoon. On non-workout days I will cut my carbs down. Looking for a body re-comp to slow cut.

Weight as of today is 253. Not really concerned with weight more how I look in the mirror and I am happy with how I look at this weight but still want to see some improvement.

This afternoon will be my first workout of my new cycle so I will update starting tomorrow my workouts.

It's a program from Jason Maxwell. The power days are like 5/3/1 with some assistance work. Hypertrophy days will vary with rep ranges and intensity techniques like drop sets and super sets.
