I have a qeustion about my program.
If i do
Monday: chest back abs
Tuesday: legs shoulder
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: biceps triceps forearms
Friday: chest back abs
Saturday: legs shoulder
Sunday: rest
Is this possible or too much?
