My logging will continue here. One day left on cycle then Saturday I will begin my pct. I won't go into details of what products I'm using but will continue to log my workouts!

Until the pants start feeling tight in the waist. I can control my waist by doing cardio(i do HiiT on a recumbent bike), core exercises( front squats, crunches, planks, etc) and diet. On diet, never go extreme by increases cals to much or decreasing cals to much. Everything in 200 cal increments up or down. And I vary my cals based on what I feel I burn or will burn.Agree^^^ strong brother strong! Older lifter question: during a cycle or bulk, how much do you allow your waist to increase before cutting or recomping? At our age it's not so easy to drop the stomach fat!

240 on the machine in the gym sure felt lighter than 200 on a home bench(mine was an old Weider). Other than all the popping sounds my knees are good!Kudos to your wife! Those were some HEAVY leg extensions.. my knees were feeling those.

285 for 6 is my pr but that's with a few warm up sets, a couple low rep working sets and then hitting 285. After this morning leg workout and then all the reps on fronts I was still happy!Wow!!! 225 on front squats?! Awesomesauce!!! Hate it didn't work out for the movies today! So, what do you use for the liquid? Water? Milk?not trying to hijack thread turff, but I figured since you like mixing concoctions and whatnot you'd be intrigued by my postWO mix today.. I always use variety of things in this timeframe (well usually anyway - kinda like my workouts themselves, I like to change things up albeit for different reasons than changing the training itself), had been using pop tarts in the mix recently but ran out of those, so for today went to some stuff I have laying around that needs used up....looked like this: 1 scoop Oh Yeah! mass gainer 1 scoop Healthy 'n Fit International Anabolic Muscle 1 scoop (30g) whey isolate 1 scoop Karbolyn 4 scoops CreaTrona breakdown for this came in @715cals, 110g carbs/3g fat ate solid meal (albacore tuna & grape nuts) ~45min later slammin! taste pretty bomb, I like this mix, will use for awhile so I can get these tubs outta my kitchen lol
