Figured i'd get this rolling.

144lbs (as of yesterday)
Competed on July 28th and was suppose to be in the bantam weight class. Unfortunately, since it was a first year venue AND a new federation, the turnout was rather small. So, it opened my class up the 165lbers. If i count the guy they put of in our "class" last minute then there was five total. I took third. I reverse dieted a week, then pushed my cals up to 2400 and eventually to 2600, was taking advantage of the insulin 8) boost from dieting for so long. Now, i dropped my kcals again and will stay here for a while.
Goal- Grow, grow and grow into the middle weight class.
Supplements (as of right now): creatine and 200mcg MGF post workout
Weightlifting programme- Doggcrapp (workout M,T,T,S) and 15-20 mins of either HITT (30 sec hard/ 1 minute rest) or 15min tabata (20sec hard/ 10 sec rest) post workout every workout
Diet: i follow "IIFYM/FLexible dieting"- and do 5 meals, about four hours apart.

-Calories: 2438 (for now, after a month ill bump it 200kcal)
*Yes there will be periodical posting of food, selfies and videos
I have a cheat meal (last meal of the day usually) on either a friday or saturday night. If i go out of town i obviously can't track my macros, but i make "smart" choices, and yes i cheat its a mini vacation who doesn't want to cheat a lil? amirite?
Ideally ill throw in the next couple supplements at some point;

Yesterdays workout was lower body
Squats 230x7
-widowmaker - 140x20
Stiff legged deads- 105x15x3
Donkey calf- 260x15x3
DB pinwheel curl- 50x15
BB curl- 95x8+5+3 = 16
*did all my myofascial stretching after each body part
*15min HITT post workout
Today will be Upper body
