  7. Unfortunately it's not looking like it. I'm pretty pissed really my wife has to work and I have to watch the kids not that I don't love my kids to death but Damn I love to lift now too

  8. So since I got screwed this weekend I did a around of abs and some banded bicep curls not sure what I'll do tomorrow maybe a walk or something

    Also good call on the milk rob started drinking a couple glasses a day now

    Did an orange band Superset with push-ups
    Push-ups ×15
    Banded Pullaparts ×20
    Banded unilateral shoulder press ×8
    Banded Flys ×10 (not sure how effective these were)
    Reverse lunges ×10
    3 times through

    Lol I attempted to do handstand push-ups the but that was an epic fail did like 1½ crappy ones then said screw it

    Diet is going well eating some stuff that I haven't had in a long time. We went out last night with some friends but I ate beforehand so I could keep track. Been taking a probiotic with every meal seems to keep any bloat at bay

    Got a chiropractic appointment tomorrow just make sure everything is in line and matiance

    Did some pin squats (taken from the good book of rob) with a twist thou first couple were tuff but they got easier and faster coupled with the BSS which suck, made this very taxing

    Kind of reversed the flow on deficit from normal usually do sumo first. Pretty sure that's the heaviest sumo I've ever done

    The rest was my normal pump work

    I feel like I could workout for hours really not sure why + plus I'm not working atm so I got lots of time and energy

  23. They were good rob once it breaks from the bar it's smooth sailing. I had a thought in my head that I would work up to 405 but I'm not sure I would have moved lol plus supposed to be some what light week

    I noticed if I took my breath before I ducked under the bar it was way easier also had a somewhat wider stance then I normaly do think I'm going to try to maintain that for my regular squat

    I feel it man, that sucks. i hit just under my knee cap with a box of kitty litter and i was limping for a minute lol.

    Good day whole thing took exactly 1½hrs including warmup. Was planning on working up to 225 for trips but the set of 205 seemed heavy think it was just set up cause the 215 were pretty good for the most part

    Going to ditch the iso-wide chest seems pointless to me plus upset my shoulder

    Thought I was going to hammer my shoulders today but I'll save it for next week being how it heavy day
