And you're crazy. 1/2 gallon here per day. I've had to cut down recently due to carbs.

    Kids again so

Did an orange band Superset with push-ups
    Push-ups ×15
    Banded Pullaparts ×20
    Banded unilateral shoulder press ×8
Banded Flys ×10 (not sure how effective these were)
    Reverse lunges ×10
    3 times through

Lol I attempted to do handstand push-ups the but that was an epic fail did like 1½ crappy ones then said screw it

Diet is going well eating some stuff that I haven't had in a long time. We went out last night with some friends but I ate beforehand so I could keep track. Been taking a probiotic with every meal seems to keep any bloat at bay

Got a chiropractic appointment tomorrow just make sure everything is in line and matiance

    Thats it thanks for reading

@Duramaxhd...I love the innovation with your workouts since you were stuck at home!! Ended up with a great workout! Gotta keep trying on handstand push-ups! They're hard as heck but I love them!!

Did some pin squats (taken from the good book of rob) with a twist thou first couple were tuff but they got easier and faster coupled with the BSS which suck, made this very taxing

Kind of reversed the flow on deficit from normal usually do sumo first. Pretty sure that's the heaviest sumo I've ever done

The rest was my normal pump work

I noticed if I took my breath before I ducked under the bar it was way easier also had a somewhat wider stance then I normaly do think I'm going to try to maintain that for my regular squat

Going to ditch the iso-wide chest seems pointless to me plus upset my shoulder

Thought I was going to hammer my shoulders today but I'll save it for next week being how it heavy day

Honestly, I try to drink a lot, but I've also been using cheaperish electrolytes here and there to help. Nutriforce has a good one, nunn tabs, gu tabs, whatever.

Yeah I don't stick to any rule.. I just make sure that I'm properly hydrated. I actually probably drink well over a gallon a day. I've heard recommendations of about 2/3 to 3/4 ounce per lb body weight for active people. I'm on the high side of that I'm sure lol.

    445×3 rep PR

    Notes
Great day felt good all day my second rep on squat 430 was kind of funky had a bit of calf raise to it, second rep on 470 was slowish because for some reason the radio lights caught my eye and didn't drive my chest under but I still got it (Damn shiney things lol)

Deadlift felt spot on today looked it up and I've never tripled anything over 425 so 435 and 445 are rep pr's technically should have done a drop set I suppose but NY back was getting tight so said screw it

Hung upside down from bands off the monolift after felt pretty good while I was doing it but back is tight now

Tomorrow is bench going in with a positive outlook on this so I can get that bastard up there

    That's it thanks for reading

    245×2
255×1(FU 255 and could have been a double)
    Red slingshot
    275×2×3
    315×2×3,2½

    Superset
DB Incline press (elbows tuck at sides)/pec deck

    Notes
Tight got to stay tight drive my traps down squeeze the **** out of the bar and I do good, don't get why I keep messing it up switch to slingshot after 255 shoulder was giving me fits but only cause I wasn't staying tight. last rep on 315 I just flared to soon so it came back and joe panicked lol got to keep them on there toes

Thats it shoulder is great now thanks for reading
    Dmax

    Still a solid session, DMax.

Good rule of thumb seems to be all lifts you should be so tight it sucks to do.
