Arms training

Hi guys, just joined the forum, been training for 18 months seeing good progress but lacking in bicep, triceps and forearms I am generally quite thick between chest and back. Can anyone recommend some good arms routine to seriously bulk them up.....

If you've only been training for 18 months, my best advice is to continue focusing on your core movements. If you are using good form, your arms will come along for the ride. Make sure to incorporate dips, CGBP, and pull-ups. Throw in 3 sets of reverse-grip BB curls or hammers on back day for forearms/wrists.

if you are deadest on getting them more shapely, do an arms/core day so you can press them while fresh, but make sure to give a days rest before hitting core movements that rely in part on tris or bis.
