Took a step back an worked on my form focusing on keeping my knees out getting the bar at the right positing an getting the right stance. Last week my knees were turning in while I was driving the weight up so Im trying to eliminate that problem before I got further. Your max is 0 when your hurt so Im tryin to make sure I squat right even if it takes longer.

Bought some mats last night so I can finally deadlift I haven't been able to deadlift for about 9-10 months so took it slow.
