So I have been doing a strong lifts split.
This looks fine to me, very basic hitting the entire large structures of the body 2x per. 5x5's seem to show great if not the best progress for the masses.
Even if one wasn't limited by time or job/school, this type of program with dedication would put many if not all far ahead of the game.
These programs are nothing new. Abbreviated set ups have been around for years in old HG mags.
The most important points
(depending on your goals???) will be adding weight to the bar on a handful of exercises and gaining muscular weight, power and strength.
