5x5 for mass and strength?

  1. 5x5 for mass and strength?


    So I've done 5x5 before, and thoroughly enjoyed it, but I've never done it for mass before, my question is this, I like the strength building from 5x5 but is it a solid routine for building size?


  2. I would say so. Anything is really as long as you're eating enough. I like the 8-20 range though myself

    Precisely. Your mass gains are going to reflect your caloric intake. So eat up! I like the 3-10 rep range personally
