Leg day went well! I'm trying light ish squats. Only 100lbs loaded on the bar. Pausing at the bottom and exploding up. 20 reps.
Total of 6 sets.
Step ups. 30 lbs held in each hand. Totaling 4 sets at 8 reps each leg.
Leg extensions light 60 lbs slow and controlled.
Total of 4 sets or 3 sets of 12 reps
Calf raises,seated and standing. 4 sets of 12.
Db deads to light hamstring curl superset.
Deads were 70 lb dbs and hamstring was 100 on the machine.
10 minute ab routine. Mixxed weighted and non weighted movements.
Diet consist of 2900 calories atm. Coming off a diet. Slowly added calories. Ill be in a surplus in 3 more weeks.
