    Trying the 50th anniversary pop tarts today. 1 will be plain and 1 will be covered in peanutbutter and put in the freezer to harden up the melted peanut butter. Going to have it with some jello. Yes I will have micro dense food. Calm your flat chest.

    I'm at 188 as of yesterday. I am now eating 3700 and 500+ carbs. Strength has not gone down but no prs yesterday. Today I'm hoping for some

    First up is the least important. Taste.
    Taste was overall pleasant but t words the end I tasted a syurp taste. Not strong like other pres. Strawberry limeade is a home run.

    The profile on this thing is awesome. It is fully loaded
    Didn't need to clumsily grab a scoop of 2 or 3 different powder container's.
    Perfect amount of caffeine.
    Nothing fancy on here. Just a good profile.

    Energy is awesome. Motor mouth syndrone. Talkie talkie. Wife has asked me to shut up twice. Hyper as hell. Hopefully I will like it while doing legs today.

    I will report back with effectiveness.

    Meh. I crashed end of work out. Energy was good but after an hour*30 mins in gym* it started to tapper off. Not the best. Points for dosages of beta alinine.

    I do a 5x5 split, and I just started adding farmers carries to the end on lifting days. On off days I hit the stairmaster for about half hour to 45. Going to just stick with that for a few months and see where it takes me. Keep it up!

    From 188 to 193 this morning. Going to scale back 50 calories a day. That's all. I am aiming for 2 lbs a week. 8 lbs a month ish. I'm okay with 3 lbs a week. I'm cutting in October anyway. Won't take me but 2 to 3 months then I'll be bulking for 6 months after that anyway.

    Guys.....electrolyte balance is important. I track potassium but was never really concerned about salt. I figured I got enough.....However....not the case. I started adding 2g regular old table salt pre workout and adding salt to my intra powerade zero (mixed berry is the best imo) and the results are fantastic. A little water retention at first but now I'm fuller. Noticeably so. More energy too. Almost as if I don't need caffeine in the morning anymore. Weird and strange. Loving the pumps. Also note I'm not really concerned about high sodium later. I consider myself an athlete of sorts and I need sodium. Got the idea from a pro football player who comes to my gym. He saw I was dizzy at the end of my workout. Dude brings packets of salt with him to the gym lol!

    Makes sense. My salt intake is zero when I hit the gym in the morning (5AM ish...) and I generally don't add alot to my food. I wonder what kind of difference that could make. Might have to give it a shot.

    Idiopathic neuropathy is a horrible thing and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. They don't know why or how my brain is misfiring. My condition is where your brain miss fire. Today my obliques are hurting and no amount of painkillers will help due to it being nerve endings. This is what will separate me from everyone else. I keep telling myself anyway. Listening to paradise lost -faith divides us to help me get through this shoulder workout. Work through the pain.

    Abs pr. 170 cable crunch for 15 reps. Upright rows and goblet squats supersetted is a combo of the gods. Trying it out. Goblet squat pr 40 lb db for 8 reps. Standing bb overhead press pr. 2 35s on each side for reps.

    Note I DON'T count the bar. I asked someone and they said I should. Opinions?

    Ran with my daughter, played in the park with her and walked with my wife in the park. Cleaned out my computer, hooked up ps3 finally and I get 150 calories extra today as a reward. Buhaha!

    With dumbells the weight is negligible, but for barbell movements, yes. Standard is 45 lbs I do believe.

    Decided to eat 50 more cals/day. Yes I'm gaining but I love to eat. Also will have a "bite" of things my daughter wants me to try/what she's snacking on. Just like 1 chip here and there. Won't make much of a difference but will supply me with that cushion of "surely I'm getting enough calories. " which will mean definitely weight gain. That's The goal.

    270 dead this morning. 20 lb hollow thick bar. 8" grip I believe.

    I will also hold myself in a squat position every day for 3 weeks for 30 seconds or more with 10 or 20 lbs. Trying to stop my heels from raising up.

    Nice, I pulled 235 x5 this morning and it felt like a ton lol. When doing the squat position just make sure the foot pressure is applied the same as when doing barbell squats. Back to mid outside edges.

    If you haven't yet, check out Dave Tates videos on youtube called so you think you can squat. They've helped me alot, personally.

    I just reviewed muscletech phase 8.

    I do alot of baking and I've tried cookies and cream,milk chocolate and chocolate peanut butter. Kudos to muscletech. The only reason it got 4 stars from me personally is the cost. Extremely cost effective for a protein powder. Taste didn't blow me away like cellucor or giant sports but it was tastey.


    I highly suggest buying this if on a budget. Cookie pictures coming today!Baked with phase 8!

    Also as of this morning....stuck at 193. 3850 calories now. 193 to 200 g protein 75 to 85 g of fat and the rest carbs. That's what I'm looking for . So...like...600+ carbs. Keeping my dietary fat lower (.4 to .5 g per lb) may keep my gains leaner. Especially with my activities. I'm a very active person.

    May increase to 3900 later today. Depends on a couple factors. Going grocery shopping. Have to find low fiber nutritious (or not) cheap carb sources. So far...fortified noodles, pancake mix, fortified cereal, white rice , marshmallows, fruits and low fat dressings are all that is on my mind. May have to go the cereal route. Anyone have any suggestions? Tortillas are an option too. Oh and bread.

    Low fiber is because with the quest bars and my veggies and oats I have enough. I try to limit. Too much fiber can actually cause problems. Rda is 15g per 1k calories. That's what I'm going for.

    I use old fashioned. Cheap as hell haha! To make them look better I add egg and peanut butter or olive oil. This gives the batter a better consistency and overall better cookie. Add fat free yogurt or applesauce for moisture. Honey too.

    I used very little peanut butter , honey, and milk. Not a very sexy cookie but was Tastey!

    I have to finish about 10 servings of molten chocolate and peanutbutter marshmallow from cellucor first. Then I will alternate.

    These orange tinted cookies happen to be Tastey as ****!

    1170 calories. Peanut butter pumpkin cookies. More like cakes though. These could look prettier but I was hungry. No smoothing the top this time. Oats were ground up to a gritty looking flour on purpose. I love the texture.

    I'll post macros and recipe if you guys want. These bad boys are bigger than the top of a soda can.

    542 calories 63 carbs 15 fat 42 protein for the whole batch.

    Made them look all nice and smooth. Thinned the batter out as well with water.

    40 g oats (old fashion)
    2 whole eggs
    40 g honey
    1 scoop cellucor molten chocolate.
    a little baking powder and splenda to taste.

    You can make these so low its not even funny by ditching 20g honey and using egg whites.
    Amazing!

    Makes like 7 to 13 cookies.

    Prs. Most notably weighted pull ups and bench. 50 lbs (2 chains and a 25 plate) for 3 clean reps on pull ups. Drop set from there. 170 on bench (counting bar) for 4 clean reps.

    Squats have stalled. (Not worried) goblet squats however...50 for reps

    Someone complimented me on my lat growth today. Felt good so I did a 70 unsupported db row. Felt a jerk in my neck. It was just over extension thank god but I then went and got a bench to lean on and got that ****er for 7 reps. Hell yeah.
