Menu for tomorrow (last menu update till the weekend or Wednesday)

meal one (an hour and 30 mins before chest/tris)
Big bowl consisting of 1 cup fruit spins,2 cups apple blast(apple jacks generic)
    198 grams of thawed bananas
1 scoop cellucor peanut butter marshmallow.
2 servings low fat cinnamon ice cream (limited edition? )
    2 servings of fiber 1.
    1 cup 1% milk.
Mixed together in one flavor fuster cluck. 1100 calories pre PR hopefully. 228 carbs,16 fats and 48 protien as well.

Second meal... (post workout? Don't really care about that anabolic window crap I'm just hungry )
    Bowl cake consisting of ....
    1 egg
    2 servings egg white
1 serving 1% milk(enough to make batter and down the rest.)
    1 cup applesauce
2 servings extra fluffy pancake mix
    1 cellucor whipped vanilla
    1 cellucor cinnamon swirl
Extra cinnamon and splenda to taste. Probably 3 tablespoons of each)
And 1 serving of peanut butter.

No chocolate cake this time. Cinnamon swirl cakeeeeeee!
3 servings of the low fat ice cream on top of the cake too !

After that in between meals... or right after
2 servings of chocolate syurp (may add to cake) 1 scoop cellucor cinnamon swirl made into sludge with room temp 1% milk to spread on 2 slices of sunbeam white bread.

    For my bastard meal....er dinner...

1 baked potato with 1.5 servings of butter and a glass of milk. Will get creative though...

I am using what we have at the house up so we can go get more haha! So bare with me being creative with little grocerys left. Haven't been shopping since Wednesday. That's a stretch for a bodybuilder who likes variety and a family of 3.(me my wife and our daughter)

I'm hopefully getting past 2 plates on my bench soon. Can't grow big unless you eat big. I plan on being in a caloric surplus until the middle or end of October. Go back to dieting for the holidays so I can plan epic cheats at my new family members gatherings(recently married)

Although I also plan on being 220 + on the scale. I know some will be fat but I don't really have an issue with dieting anymore. At most it should take me 12 weeks (with huge cheats) to get sub 200 or sub 10% bodyfat. In my pic I was at about 8? But my skin sits weird so idk. I know I was under 10 though. Veins in quads and lower abs showing. That's a big hint lol. I believe I would have been contest lean in about 4 to 6 more weeks at the rate I was going but I lack the mass to cut that look lol. Anywhos..wish me luck!

Subbed. Awesome transformation. Already got some good size. You look to have some good genetics. Are those low connecting lats I see? You really should look into some pimple control though.
If you truly have never chased size and been maintaining for 2 years you got some great hormones because you already got a good base for a bulk.

Really? Okay haha! I'll take that. The acne is a combo of 2 things.... first and foremost I've always had bad acne. My back, face and shoulders have always been bad. I've used powerful acne prescription stuff before and it's way better than before. I have very oily skin at times.

Secondly my acne is tied to hormones. My physical last year revealed my testosterone was in the 1000s which the way I was explained by my doctor and dermatologist can cause acne.

Idk to be honest. It was hell in school lol!

Today is legs! Baking myself a big rice bake to reward myself for a pr hopefully. Beef, rice and bread crumbs.

Why not? Your lean enough that if you start seeing that you need to back down a little it shouldn't have caused that much damage.

So...I tried artic zero ice cream. My reviews.

Chocolate peanut butter: it's okay. You have to eat the top layer to get past the flavored water taste. There was absolutely no peanut butter taste just chocolate. Fairly weak but okay.

Cookies and cream:this was miles better than the chocolate peanut butter. Still have to eat the top layer to get rid of the flavored ice taste. Just because this was better doesn't mean it's a everyday thing.

Honestly I wanted to try these for future diets. 150 calories for a whole pint.
My money (over 5$ usd) would have been better spent on talenti , frozen yogurt ,1/2 fat name brands (Edys Dreyers blue bell ect ect) or honestly yogurt to make my own ice cream. I could see these being bought again in the future. If I wanted a lazy treat that required little effort but I would rather make some frozen protien yogurt. Fill up a 6 cup mixing bowl with 400 to 600 calories of proyo than spend almost 6 bucks for ice with fiber powder, whey and flavoring.

    Just my opinion.

finally going grocery shopping mainly for the trip. Going to have a big mac(just the burger) for the first time in a couple years. It's not the "healthiest" but I'll balance that out with potatos and egg whites later.

When did they lower the calories of a bigmac? Also they added an awesome nutrition calculator on the mcdonalds website.DEATH TO ****TY PDF FILES!

Big macs are small....fml. not worth it. Although...The website says 215 grams is the serving size. 216 is what I got. Pretty accurate.

Menu for tomorrow. ... still refuse to grocery shop. It's fun challenging yourself to use up food!

    Pre workout meal...
2 cups of milk to prepare 1 sugar free instant pudding mix (chocolate)
4 cups of apple blast (generic apple jacks)
    2 cups of almond milk
    2 servings of honey
    Half a Cccd quest bar.

    Post workout meal!

    Most...epic..bake...yet...
3 cups whole wheat rotini noodles 1 serving of mixed veggies
    1 cup pasta sauce
1 can no salt added tomato sauce
    1 lb of ground 93 7 beef.
5 slices reduced fat swiss cheese.
    Totaling 1850 calories!

    Meal 3
7 Quakers white cheddar rice cakes
1 tablespoon of honey to go with the other half of the quest bar.

    Totals....3410 calories, 471 carbs (bit off I noticed) 79 fat 193 protien.

Hopefully my back day is as epic as the menu.

Sometimes I'm forced to use up space in the cabinets/fridge. Isn't as easy though when the rest of the family doesn't eat the way you do.

    Meals looked great.

3550 calories actually. I'm going with that scale back idea. If this is not enough I'll add 100 more.

Been on a break from stimulants this week. Just to lower tolerance. I personally believe high levels of caffeine and other stimulants can be counter productive. For instance 800 mg of caffeine. I wonder what effect that would have on you and your hormonal response.

May be none but it will also save money so....I'll just do it. 1 cup of coffee is all I'm allowed.

I Don't believe that having caffeine every day will harm you in the long run. Please note that.

Bought xanthan gum. Experimenting tomorrow. Also going to try a weird dish. Cinnamon chicken. Consist of getting the spices In a bowl mixing them up and rolling chicken in them. Spices are a pinch of salt, meat tenderizer, cinnamon, cumin, garlic, pepper and like 3 packets of splenda. Weird I know. Already made it but this time I'm going to also add oat flower. Make it a breading. May change though. It was gaf though.

Shake with xanthan gum too. See if I can't get milkshake consistency with almond milk.

Go very easy on adding the xantham brother, a single tsp is mote than enough to thicken up a 2 cup shake. You will get a strange texture and taste if you overdo it.

Love using it though, just a little goes a long way

Its a gum (powder) used as a thickening agent in many products including most protein powders.

It can be bought separately in health stores
