    I'm in Beaver County, PA but I train in Weirton, WV. I hear what you're saying, but the best way to motivate yourself is to have a competition in mind to train for. You learn so much when you're there, too. I say fück waiting, just step up and compete and see where you're at right now. You never know what you'll do on the platform or the stage until you get up on there!

    Especially the numbers you're at now, there's no reason to put off competing in powerlifting. You'd already be very competitive at pretty much any level. What do you weigh currently?

    Oh cool man! Yeah we'll see how things go and if my schedule could even allow it haha. Currently weight anywhere from 208-216 lbs...weight fluctuates A TON...woke up 215 lbs 3 days ago and then this morning was 208 lbs haha

    Effectiveness: 8/10 - Energy, pump, and focus felt very good! Smooth energy throughout with no crash post workout and no jitters or anything intraworkout! The main reason this only gets an 8 for effectiveness is because I literally JUST had Core FURY which was one of my favorite preworkouts yesterday and it was on an entirely new level than this product.
