Day 2

The morning portion of my workout consisted of 3.5 miles at compfortable running pace 9 min miles.

Afternoon portion consisted of the following in consecutive sets of a circuit

Push Up Bar: 25, 25, 25, 25, 25
Straight Bar military Press: 105 LBS 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
Lat Pull Downs: 160 LBS 15, 15, 15, 15, 15
Upright Rows: 50LBS 8, 8, 8, 8, 8
Sit Ups: 40, 40, 40, 40, 40
Weight 228

I reduced the dosage to half a scoop and the heart rate is adequate without feeling jittery or over extended. The energy level was perfect for me and it lasted well after my 1 hour workout!! Good product so far, excited to see what my body will look like in the next three weeks with reduced caloric intake.
