    As some know things have changed......so time for me to make a change.

    Next couple of weeks I'll be thinking about setting some longterm and shortterm goals.

    10 min warm up precor crosstrainer.

    Barbell lunges
    2 sets with 50kg

    Jeffersons
    2 sets with 50kg

    Stiff leg deadlift
    2 sets with 50kg

    Leg extension
    5 sets

    Seated leg curls
    5 sets

    Front squat machine
    3 sets
    110kg
    100kg
    90kg

    Standing calf raise
    5 sets

    Seated calf raise
    3sets

    Toe presses
    3 sets

    My left knee is still giving me problems. Used light weights, concentrating on movement and range of motion.

    Supposed to be my muscules popliteus pulling on my lateral miniscus causing the pain.

    Sucks....but he...atleast I'm working them wheels

  13. Knee sleeves, best thing I've purchased besides my cardillo belt... I had surgery on my right knee (tore my ACL/MCL and meniscus) and squatting irritates it. The knee sleeves compress and provide stability in my knee, now I'm squatting like a beast!

    When I try and squat, I move the weight to my right leg. Even with an empty bar

    I was doing the same thing (opposite leg though). I picked up my pair of 7mm for $60+ S/h..
    If you can swing the dough, I highly suggest them! Titan knee sleeves or rehbands (I've used 5mm, but prefer 7mm)

    Got it. Was just making sure that what I had pictured was correct. Rings make everything harder. It's no wonder why gymnasts are so muscular. It takes amazing amounts of strength to do the things that they do.

    Yeah I couldn't do any of those, I'd end up pulling something. Edje is beasting! Really intense athletic workouts here. I am trying to have some type of athletic bodybuilding going on again.

  25. Weekend off with the family. Managed to squeeze a work out in during PE classes, showing my students how it's done

    Pull ups
    4 sets

    Dips
    4 sets

    Lat pulldown small grip
    3 sets

    Incline dumbbel presses
    4 sets with 40kg dumbbells

    Biceps dumbbell curls
    3 sets

    Triceps pushdowns
    3 sets

    Barbell ab roll outs
    4 sets

    AB roll outs FTW! Those really do a number on the abs. If you use an ab wheel you can make these harder by rolling out in different directions. Angle left, go center then angle right, repeat.
