  6. All of my gym teachers were huge in Middle School and High School. Extremely smart as well. Different breed man, they were always on point and great examples. I had a lot of experienced and knowledgable role models around me when I first started lifting.

    My gym is still closed. Worked out at a new gym in Rotterdam.

    They have the new precor line....have to say...it sucks

    Leg press, leg extension and seated leg curl are much worse than the old line.

    Anyway, here is the work out:

    Leg press
    3 sets narrow stance
    3 sets wide stance

    Leg extension
    4 sets

    Seated leg curl
    4sets

    Stiff leg deadlifts, dumbbells
    3 sets

    Sort of Donkey calf machine

  10. 2 of my teachers had phd's. They also taught advanced health college courses to people on the side. One teacher was an ex Philadelphia flyer hockey player. Best role models haha, set the standard!

  11. Gym is finally open again....

    Have to say....some pretty good adjustments.

    Free weights/plate loaded room is bigger and more open than it used to be.

    Still mossing some benches and some extra dumbbells....but they will soon be there.

    Precor plate loade machines are actually pretty good....not all....but most are.

    Hot plate....ate 600 grams of meat, maybe more.....holy shyt.

    Ate with friends, ...me and a buddy just had to finish all the meat.

  20. I've eaten so many frocking carbs. I swear my family is horrible for food on holidays. Minimal protein ridiculous carbs. Gonna have to keep it under 100 for a week or two.

    Chest/back and some small stuff

    Incline press/ plate loaded

    So the work out was all over the place, but it felt good.

    Trying to figure out the weights with all the new machines. Will post weights the next time.

    So far, pretty impressed with the new precor plate loaded line, and the cable machines.

    Did full body workouts a couple of months ago, really enjoyed it.

    Its quite nice. Worth a few week cycle honestly if you don't want to go down the black market rabbit hole. At low doses I recall excellent strength gains.

    Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator aka SARM. It's based off of nandrolone, that's why you see info about it being nice to joints. Basically if it makes sense it's a non steroidal steroid.   37. So after cycling ostarine do you need to run something afterwards or what?

Good work Edge and yes Irish, you should at least run an OTC PCT after running it at anything over say 15mg per day, and at 25 per day for 60 you may want to think about having a SERM around just in case but could probably get away with a serious OTC PCT. I ran it at 40 a day for 6 weeks and a SERM was needed but the results were AWESOME!

    Thanks bro. I do have some nolva just in case, and still waiting on my clomid to arrive. Just in case.

    Have 3 bottles of PCT revolution left from my repping days, so pretty much covered.

    I really love ostarine. Just 3 days in, but just thinking of it makes me feel good.
