As some know things have changed......so time for me to make a change.

Next couple of weeks I'll be thinking about setting some longterm and shortterm goals.

10 min warm up precor crosstrainer.

Barbell lunges
2 sets with 50kg

Jeffersons
2 sets with 50kg

Stiff leg deadlift
2 sets with 50kg

Leg extension

Seated leg curls

Front squat machine

100kg
90kg

Standing calf raise
5 sets

Seated calf raise

Toe presses

My left knee is still giving me problems. Used light weights, concentrating on movement and range of motion.

Supposed to be my muscules popliteus pulling on my lateral miniscus causing the pain.

Sucks....but he...atleast I'm working them wheels;)

Knee sleeves, best thing I've purchased besides my cardillo belt... I had surgery on my right knee (tore my ACL/MCL and meniscus) and squatting irritates it. The knee sleeves compress and provide stability in my knee, now I'm squatting like a beast!

Can always try that. Good point.

When I try and squat, I move the weight to my right leg. Even with an empty bar:(

I was doing the same thing (opposite leg though). I picked up my pair of 7mm for $60+ S/h..
If you can swing the dough, I highly suggest them! Titan knee sleeves or rehbands (I've used 5mm, but prefer 7mm)

I'm a physical educations teacher....flies on the rings....gymnastics. put the rings in a low position just above the floor....perform flies with them.

Got it. Was just making sure that what I had pictured was correct. Rings make everything harder. It's no wonder why gymnasts are so muscular. It takes amazing amounts of strength to do the things that they do.

Yeah I couldn't do any of those, I'd end up pulling something. Edje is beasting! Really intense athletic workouts here. I am trying to have some type of athletic bodybuilding going on again.

AB roll outs FTW! Those really do a number on the abs. If you use an ab wheel you can make these harder by rolling out in different directions. Angle left, go center then angle right, repeat.

Love it. Reminds me of Major Payne, were the guy is shot in the arm and he walks up and says "Want me to show you a trick to take your mind of that pain? Give me your hand.. Now you may feel a little pressure" SNAP breaks the finger the guy starts screaming and he says "I told you you would forget about that arm."

They are awesome. Didn't do them last time because all the bars were occupied:(

Inner quad feels great, but also and mostly I feel my glutes(do concentrate on them)

Don't really use a lot of weight on these...more of a finisher....stole them from Kai Green:)
