  2. Weekend off with the family. Managed to squeeze a work out in during PE classes, showing my students how it's done

    Pull ups
    4 sets

    Dips
    4 sets

    Lat pulldown small grip
    3 sets

    Incline dumbbel presses
    4 sets with 40kg dumbbells

    Biceps dumbbell curls
    3 sets

    Triceps pushdowns
    3 sets

    Barbell ab roll outs
    4 sets

    AB roll outs FTW! Those really do a number on the abs. If you use an ab wheel you can make these harder by rolling out in different directions. Angle left, go center then angle right, repeat.

    They are awesome. Didn't do them last time because all the bars were occupied

    Inner quad feels great, but also and mostly I feel my glutes(do concentrate on them)

    Don't really use a lot of weight on these...more of a finisher....stole them from Kai Green

    Had to show them a little how it'a done

    Incline dumbbell press
    40kg x 15
    40kg x 13

    Incline dumbbell fly
    26 kg x 12+ 2 x press
    24kg x 11 + 3 x press

    Machine chest press
    100kg x 16
    100kg x 14

    Dips
    3 sets
    16, 13, 12 reps

    Pull ups
    3 sets
    12, 10, 9 reps

    Barbell ab roll outs
    3 sets
    First from toes, back on the knees
    Other 2 sets on the knees

    had a sweet pump going on!!!
