  10. Hope the "Heavy Feeling" is subsiding if things are feeling heavier than they should. Could be you need more carbs like you said or just calories in general but it could be you are just tired or your CNS needs a day or two.

    Probably a combination of factors.

    Coming week I'll be off on a school trip

    4 days in sodom and gomorra, aka Amsterdam , with 52kids, ages16 and 17.
    Kicking them out of coffee shops etc.

    I'll be a wreck on friday....
