Today was my first workout with level II and I noticed a distinct ability to focus and was more mentally alert. My heart rate felt a bit elevated and perhaps my vital signs were elevated. I am interested to know how much difference it makes so next time my plans are to take before and after measurements. My workout consisted of five circuits of the following:

1. Eliptical 2 mins, 2 mins, 2 mins, 2 mins, 2 mins
2. 225 bench press 14 reps, 12, 12, 12, 12
3. Push ups 10, 12, 14, 16, 25
4. Pull ups 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
5. 40Lbs dumbbell curls 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
6. Dips 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
7. Sit Ups 40, 40, 40, 40, 40

Energy was off the charts just need to find my tolerance so my body doesn't feel so unstable. Appetite has decreased considerably, more to follow in the coming days. I don't recommend taking this prior to any high intensity cardio. Definitely not a good idea.
