Ready to start getting my more serious level of training back and finding new motivation everyday it seems. Currently 23 and am thinking I may want to finally throw my hat into power-lifting but want to keep my recomp mission still #1. Feel strong but my numbers arent helping ease my mind on the subject when I look at the competition all around Virginia. With that in mind I wouldn't mind chasing after a title while my body can still allow it.

Currently pausing my pursuit of a Conditioning cert. to focus on other school adventures and looking to learn something new everyday I go along. I do tend to push myself to the limit frequently and will lift in the gym until not another rep can be done. Currently focused on specific muscle groups 2x a week switching from Power/Strength building to Endurance/Accessory (Mobility, Soft tissue, and Corrective work). Looking to keep the cardio between 2-3x a week atm. Usually I try to periodize but the meet I may be trying for is Dec. 7th so time is of the essence to finalize what Im trully made of. I want to try every event possible and hopefully walk away with a smile on my face.

Sups will be added on another date as I no longer consider myself cutting or dieting but am keeping my calories decently clean, and being careful not to over splurge without a plan. Hopefully this will be a fun ride

Current Sups:

Neon Sports Volt: Awesome PWO at 2 scoops its in my top 5 all time!

Proteins: Cell. Cor-Whey, Super Sport, OEProtein

Post WO: Afterglow

Creatine: Cellucor Cor-Series

Got some Recompadrol, Shift, and Methy-Synephrine that im currently doing more digging on to utilize more effectively.

Looking to boost myself up from 232lbs to the 242 weight class, I think it would be worth it for the challenge. Few extra muscle pounds that ive already been working on and some added fat from my winter blubber run would be fun.

Today was Back and Shoulders and I went all in lol sad thing is I couldnt recall my workout if there was 1 million on the line. Dunno why but it was very decent and filled with several mini challenges. Working on getting my strict curl up so hopefully I may tie or break the state record for my age group.

HOLY CHEST MONDAY!!!

Honestly my strength seems to keep shooting up everyday it seems, loving the feeling and it shows in the respect from my gym peers. Tonight an old school titan joined our session making an awesome 3-man rotation that felt like cardio after awhile. Not even posting up Tuesdays back day as it was just SICK!!! Felt extremely overpowered and my sets and reps showed it. Dunno where these random bouts of strength keep coming from but I truely felt like every rep was making me wider and denser! Getting too much attention on my Lats and I wish I could take a pic but it will be just a secret for now

HELL OF A SQUAT SESSION 2DAY!!!!

Neglecting the Deads but damn was it worth it!

Bike WmUp 10mins

Squat Pyramid Rep/Hold: Front Squat blasting out reps then holding for time at the bottom/ then working down to 1rep/1sec
135x6x5x4x3x2x1 Felt a little too easy
185x6x5x4x3x2x1 The Struggle is REAL!

Back Squats:
185x12
225x12
275x10
315x8
335x8
355x6
365x8 >PR!!!

Awesome depth with my narrow stance and my last 2 reps I went all out for, havent dug one out like that in so long I seriously almost cried. More faith on my knee then ever before and damn sure loving it. Full accessory additions belt, wraps, and spotter (who actually wasnt afraid to get close). Honestly still cant believe I was able to hit that number for reps as I was only banking on 5reps. Hoping it really does put me closer to 450lbs.

RDLs:
225x12
245x12
275x12
275x12

X Band laterals/Walking Lunge on track:
3 laps of Laterals on straights and Lunges on the shorts

Hamstring Curls:
145x10
145x12
145x12

Leg Press 21s:
x21
x21
x21
x21
x21

Rode the Bike for 30mins after and the walk down the steps 2 the car had me cussing the whole way. Oddly I smiled as I left a weaker part of myself in the gym this day.

Big Note for the day Heart def. got the racing today, tempo was much higher than usual dunno why but it was. Soaked the shirt which is rare in our gym with all the fans and constant 70 degrees. Vascularity went all over my face today as I tried 3 caps of YOK3D instead of my other Arginine. Look freakish but Im not looking for beauty here lol

Weights still holding at 235lbs atm

Didnt feel like recording Chest and Tris as my chest routine is rather simple only so much to choose from sadly. picked up some YOK3D and Forskilin 95 for a later dates usage. dunno How but Im def. thicker and getting stronger daily. Its evident in all movement, losing endurance sadly but I HAVE to be bigger and stronger sooner than later this time around.

S/N its a shame the way we have so many trolling members around. Ppl ask simply ?s and are mocked or put down and its becoming more popular as opposed to the way it was over the summer. Maybe Im seeing ppls true sides but losing some respect for ppl.

Deads and Strict Curl Practice!

Just wanted to Deadlift, didnt care about the rest had 2 lifts on my mind and Went after them

Deadlift: No gloves, no wraps, focused on atking the bar and yea I was at this over an hour
135x10
225x10
275x10
315x5
335x3
365x3
405x3
425x3
445x2
475x2
495x1
515x1
520x1
525x1 Whole free weight area staring akwardly and cheers when I pulled the crap up! Forgot my lockout at the top but went back for it before setting down and was solid. Dude who has competed twice I had checking my form and practicing some command calls for me so I have a better clue as to what im doing.

Strict Curl: MUST master the feet placement as I keep cutting myself too short
115x3
125x3
135x2
145x2
155x1
160x1
165x1 Fail, raised my butt, but was told keep working out the bottom position and once its a .25 of the way up I shoot it up with good speed. Alot of reach pulling from lower thigh. But working with better elbow angles so Im not cheating myself in the long run

Would have kept lifting but an idiot thought it was a good idea to place smelling salts directly under my nose and I got FUDGED up! Thought my eye was gna explode and an instant headache followed. Stuffs not for me and the guy really didn't know what he was doing and felt terrible afterwards but dang that tore me up. Dunno how guys use that stuff.

Finished with foam rolling and mobility work before leaving, felt very accomplished in knowing Im 20lbs away from my max w/o wraps.

You still looking to do a meet?
Can you only set state records if the RAW page says it on the bottom? The fb page for the event says they can be set there but the RAW page does not

Todays deadlift session went decent, PRed on my lift but didnt feel as awesome as I wanted it to

Front Squat:
135x8
135x5 iso hold
135x5 iso hold

Deads:
315x5
375x5
405x3
455x3
495x2
515x1
525x1 Way to easy
545x1 Fail! Just didnt have the mindset walked off for water
555x1 Blown outta the water, way better on the stability w/o the leg twerking. Strong lockout and I noticed the 5's had been thrown on. Still dunno who put em there but Im thankful, just proves how mental it all is sometimes. Seems like Im maxing this every week but Im still within the noob stages of this so the strength gains are purely noob gains I believe.

RDL's:
315x12
315x12
315x12

Stifflegged DL w/ Deficit:
135x20
135x15
135x15
135x10

Some Bicep work to finish off and Hit the doors. Thursdays are all business and only like to dedicate to the DL and light other work to finish off the lift.
