Didnt feel like recording Chest and Tris as my chest routine is rather simple only so much to choose from sadly. picked up some YOK3D and Forskilin 95 for a later dates usage. dunno How but Im def. thicker and getting stronger daily. Its evident in all movement, losing endurance sadly but I HAVE to be bigger and stronger sooner than later this time around.

    S/N its a shame the way we have so many trolling members around. Ppl ask simply ?s and are mocked or put down and its becoming more popular as opposed to the way it was over the summer. Maybe Im seeing ppls true sides but losing some respect for ppl.

    Just wanted to Deadlift, didnt care about the rest had 2 lifts on my mind and Went after them

    Deadlift: No gloves, no wraps, focused on atking the bar and yea I was at this over an hour

    165x1 Fail, raised my butt, but was told keep working out the bottom position and once its a .25 of the way up I shoot it up with good speed. Alot of reach pulling from lower thigh. But working with better elbow angles so Im not cheating myself in the long run

    Would have kept lifting but an idiot thought it was a good idea to place smelling salts directly under my nose and I got FUDGED up! Thought my eye was gna explode and an instant headache followed. Stuffs not for me and the guy really didn't know what he was doing and felt terrible afterwards but dang that tore me up. Dunno how guys use that stuff.

    Finished with foam rolling and mobility work before leaving, felt very accomplished in knowing Im 20lbs away from my max w/o wraps.

    hit the gym feeling like a million and odd as it seem hot chicks were everywhere and they were accutally cool. No attitudes and egos and when it was lifting time we all did that. Was a fantasy that I doubt will happen for the rest of the year!

Seems like Im maxing this every week but Im still within the noob stages of this so the strength gains are purely noob gains I believe.

    One of the best benchers ever, Rick Weil, benched flat. Also, many raw champions advocate elbow flare for raw lifetrs.

    The bottom line is, you gotta do what works for you. So far, whatever you've been doing has been working.

  27. Nothing like smashing the gym after being fed well and knowing you didnt overdo it. Back day was ridiculous today I literally believe I hit all but 3 back excercises and it was sick! Did so many rows and pullups my rhom. and lats feel like they have rolled outwards.

    Tomorrow I will go back to keeping a record and starting a new log as my arsenal of supps is just becoming larger and larger. Been PWO free for awhile so its about that time 2 find a new one!

    Been using recompadrol for a few weeks now and think its def helping me out. Threw 2 scoops of Metabolic Powder on my chili tonight and it was AWESOME!!! Thought it would have a heavier Raspberry taste but it blended very well! Will continue using it.

  30. That DAMN Banish is the truth!!! The Truest definition of a fat burner with a thermogenic effect. I love it for one reason and one huge reason....It starts the fire in your GUTS!!!!

    Im talking 5-10mins instant flame being lit that was oddly uncomfortable at first b/c it caught me off guard so quickly but it has become something I look forward to now. Abdominal wall raises in temp. and the rest of my body slowly follows but no sweats that would make you stand out at work. Just a constant fire that is still lasting 30mins and even more. Energy isnt where this product shines its the Thermo effect. The appetite suppressing qualities are definitely second. Helps get me to lunch without snacking which helps me out. Just one handful of almonds 30mins after taking just so something is on my stomach. Exile on the other hand hasn't shined through on its own yet which seems disappointing but time shall tell. Holding steady at 230lbs still so I have no complaints.
