Db bench press ( start with the lightest weight and every set go up until reach failure start with 12kgs)

Decline bench press 3 x 12 (dumbells)
Db chest Flyes 3 x 12 (dumbells)
Incline bench press 3 x 12 (dumbells)
Military Press 3x12
Lateral raises 3x12
Plate high pulls 3 x 16 (mod weight)
Tricep pull downs 3 x 12
Skull crushers 3 x 12

15 min on the bike
Then head down to your local chicken shop and eat some breast (fav part of the day )
