    Possibly. I'm sure he's had it in one of his routines somewhere along the line. He also avoids heavy skull crushers, so maybe he sees an elbow issue with them.

    Agreed... skulls are always at the end when the elbows are all greased up and used as a finisher on tired tris...

    Good article and I do these on occasion too. If you do stationary bike riding for your HiiT or just cardio then it's good to practice these while riding.

    No hammies planned but know I need to in order to keep balance between them.

    I have always found the 1000 club type goals to be very motivating. Even if you are lagging in an area, it still doesn't interfere with confidence because there is an ultimate goal of the total weight.
