    Playing with BB Bench Press grip widths here. I felt the difference on the wide grip (grip to right of bar marks). This hit the pecs for sure.

    Absolutely!!!!! Also lowering cortisol will help with that. When cortisol is higher your insulin sensitivity is greater as well. High cortisol and high insulin = visceral fat.

    No doubt my current workout calls for 5 sets shoulder width bench then 5 sets 4 inches wider than shoulder width. My chest is TOAST by the end of those sets and i still have more to do. LOL
