    I agree, all wondered that myself. I think because if not done right they are a chest exercise?

    Possibly. I'm sure he's had it in one of his routines somewhere along the line. He also avoids heavy skull crushers, so maybe he sees an elbow issue with them.

    Agreed... skulls are always at the end when the elbows are all greased up and used as a finisher on tired tris...

    Yeah, no doubt. My kids haven't let me see 7am in 6 years. It is their duty to make sure we are up by 6.59am at the latest.

    Good article and I do these on occasion too. If you do stationary bike riding for your HiiT or just cardio then it's good to practice these while riding.

    Shrimp scampi, steamed clams dipped in butter, fresh steamed crab legs also dipped in butter with homemade, greasy French fries, clam chowder and coleslaw!

    No hammies planned but know I need to in order to keep balance between them.

    I have always found the 1000 club type goals to be very motivating. Even if you are lagging in an area, it still doesn't interfere with confidence because there is an ultimate goal of the total weight.
