    Feels like Florida with humidity at 80%. DOMS and tendon issues with left elbow/bicep for the last week. Nothing serious but taking Joint Help and glucosamine.

  5. Pulled weeds this weekend. As this week has progressed my eyes started to increase in puffiness. Well, the freakin poison ivy is coursing through my veins! Eyes, arms, chest, back and scalp! Argh!

    Thanks Thomas. Eye tissue is swollen which makes me look about 90! It's killing my workout energy and making me tired by 5 PM! Fun!!

  11. Sorry about that poison ivy. I can actually roll in it and it never effects me. I'm trying the BB skullcrushers this week! It's been a long time since I've used them. For having poison ivy you still got some awesome workouts in!

  12. Thanks gents! Poison ivy will not keep this lifter from his workouts! On the skull crushers I'm using an EZ bar as it's easier on the elbows.

    Agreed and keeping the wrists from extending slacking backwards if the weight gets a bit tough. That also puts more stress on the elbow musculature.

    Hope you itch today, is only from wanting to lift bad and not that ivy sap.
