    34 yesterday and 9 today! Woooohooo I love single digit temperatures!

    DQ: Winter is a necessary evil to appreciate spring flowers.

    Stomach distention Issue: no dairy, no protein/BCAA and now no sugar drinks. Butter is still in my diet. I used to drink sugary green tea by the gallon. No more, now it's clean, yuck tasting water! Will give this a month for changes.

    I love water. If it wasn't for bathroom visits I'd drink >2 gallons probably. I probably hit 1-1.5 most days though.

    In 2008 I used to drink 6 - 20 oz CocaCola bottles a day! Gave it up that year and switched to 4C green tea mix. I figured it was healthier. Wrong! Had 3 quarts water yesterday and I'm flipping craving sugar today. I also feel I'm spending more time in the bathroom during the day then I spent lifting! Lol

    There are things worse than sugar. However, that's a lot of soda! lol

    When I was lifting (because I would drink half a gallon at least by the time I got to work) I was in the bathroom all the time. No joke, every 20- 30 min until around 1100 because I slowed my water intake after breakfast.
