That's new. Have to look up "Glute hinges".
Life is fair it's your expectations that aren't.

I think that’s the correct name. It’s kind of like a kettlebell swing between the legs.

It’s where you straddle a cable with loaded weight, back to the weight stack. Step forward until cable is taught forcing you to bend forward at the waist with your hands between your legs and arse back. You then pull forward as you stand straight and squeeze the glutes hard. This supposed to correct weakness in the glutes and help correct anterior Pelvic Tilt.

So this will help with duck butt huh? I may have to try it. Are you also stretching your hip flexors quite a bit to loosen them up? Often it is the hip flexors pulling the front of the hips down that causes that. Which puts the glutes on permanent stretch that somewhat deactivates the muscle due to autogenic inhibition. I assume this is to address activation, but loosening the flexors should help by them not pulling down on the front of the hips

  15. Way to keep pushing, even without equipment!

  16. Maybe worth keeping some resistance bands around, or TRX if you end up having to travel a lot?

I agree. I have a TRX that I should have brought with me. I made an assumption that the hotel at least had dumbbells!

  23. This past week I was in Massachusetts on a job site. Started using whey protein again after being off it for 4 months. No GI issues at all! What I did was add Betaine HCL at one cap every meal that had protein in it. Results: waist size dropped from 35 to 33.75! No GI pains or discomfort at all. I feel great!
