Do I workout more than everyone else? (Overtraining?)

I do chest/back, shoulder/legs, arms with roughly the same volume. 18-20 sets of each. I lift everyday with a day off maybe once every two weeks. I have no overtraining side effects and very little but manageable soreness. Supplements I currently take are aspartic acid, fish oil, zma, protein powder. I am seeing consistent gains but the more I read the more I think I'm doing too much. What do you guys think?

Way to much volume.
Cut it in half and then cut it in half again then leave out a couple of sets and you'll be fine.

also am i reading it right that you do legs and shoulders on the same day????
but that isn't high volume. although i would argue that your wasting a lot of time doing a lot of work without getting as much accomplished with other exercise choices, but thats hard to tell since arms is probably the workout i can infer the least from. what do your other days look like?

I do chest/back, shoulders/arms then legs. I do 12-15 sets per body part and I don't find it to be over training, ive seen great gains. As long as you keep up the intensity and eat like an animal you'll be fine. I wouldn't do shoulders with legs , that seems inadequate. Legs should have their own day and focus.
