-Using 90% from these numbers and will adjust accordingly depending how first cycle goes. Might drop 1rm's, since its best to start light. Ill post up numbers when I do
Tried 531 a few months back and liked it. I stopped due to calorie restriction and an attempt to drop bf. will be posting up vids as much as possible since that's what most people wanna see.
Currently in an intense 2 yr RN program, working 20-30 hrs a week(warehouse/restaurant) and having a baby boy in January! So I might have a busy schedule coming up , but I still wanna find time to hit the gym and getting stronger.
Want to gain about 15- 20lbs. Don't really care about staying lean. i want to raise my numbers (especially in squats) legs were always my weakest. (Yes I'm guilty for not working on legs as hard as I should have when I started working out.. Didnt know any better)
Just eating what ever. its not going to be too dirty but i wont be counting cals. Don't worry, I'm not the type to get super flabby... I'm Asian. I started from 160lbs 4 years ago and never looked back haha. But since I'm at this RN program, I might be going prolonged periods without eating. So weight may fluctuate. I usually compensate the long periods of not eating with binging all my meals at night smh but I do what I gotta do.

Still all natural. I might give anabeta a run with some erase along the way but who knows . Money is real tight right now.
