    Training seriously for 4yrs

    Estimated 1rm(from 1rm calc)
    Bench 309
    Squat 387
    Deads 487
    Military 215
    -Using 90% from these numbers and will adjust accordingly depending how first cycle goes. Might drop 1rm's, since its best to start light. Ill post up numbers when I do

    Tried 531 a few months back and liked it. I stopped due to calorie restriction and an attempt to drop bf. will be posting up vids as much as possible since that's what most people wanna see.

    Currently in an intense 2 yr RN program, working 20-30 hrs a week(warehouse/restaurant) and having a baby boy in January! So I might have a busy schedule coming up , but I still wanna find time to hit the gym and getting stronger.

    Goals
    Want to gain about 15- 20lbs. Don't really care about staying lean. i want to raise my numbers (especially in squats) legs were always my weakest. (Yes I'm guilty for not working on legs as hard as I should have when I started working out.. Didnt know any better)

    Diet
    Just eating what ever. its not going to be too dirty but i wont be counting cals. Don't worry, I'm not the type to get super flabby... I'm Asian. I started from 160lbs 4 years ago and never looked back haha. But since I'm at this RN program, I might be going prolonged periods without eating. So weight may fluctuate. I usually compensate the long periods of not eating with binging all my meals at night smh but I do what I gotta do.

    Still all natural. I might give anabeta a run with some erase along the way but who knows . Money is real tight right now.

    Just started! All they do in orientation is scare the shyt outa u. Tell u how tough its going to be.. Say bye to ur family and social life blah blah blah. I was like EFF that . Im still going to find time to workout one way or another

    -morning workout. Had class at 7 and went straight to the gym cuz I have a 3hr break between class

    intra: Gatorade(felt super dizzy after db benching.) maybe due to morning workout and lack of food.

    -note: went with a wide grip to see how it felt. Also tried an arch but arch was weak lol. Will work on it. Wide grip was awesome. Will interchange wide n narrower grip depending on higher rep days or lower rep days

    Time to study till class and eat till my next class. Having 8oz of ribeye and oatmeal. Not the best meal but it'll due till I get home.

    Suppose to do squats yesterday after wrk but I ended up in a buffet n stuffed my face with about 10 oz of sirloin, some salmon and shrimps and a whole bunch of other goodies. I was too stuffed to hit the gym .. Il head to the gym later in the afternoon today after wife's doc appointment . Hopefully I get enough food in today since I have clinicals

    6 whole eggs mixed with sliced hotdogs and diced onions
    Two slices of whole grain and about 3 tbs of PB with bananas sliced onto the bread n PB

    Get those hip flexors stretched and glutes loosend up (no homo?) and that back tightness will go away ASAP.

    I tried to foam roll befor hand but the problem is I dnt really feel it loosing it up. Not sure if I'm doing it wrong?? Any suggestions bro??

    Lacrosse ball, baseball..whatever's hard. Dig that ****er into your glutes. Even just rolling your glutes can make everything 100x better. That one exercise is king.

    Garuntee if you use either of those as a warmup, you'll have far less hip and lower back issues

    Bro is that u?? Lol jk but damn good lookin! I was so off with my foam Rollin no wonder I'm so tight. But the thing is I never get tight or a pump on my glutes. My body/bone structure doesn't hit the glutes on most movements. So not sure how lacross ball to the glutes will help. My back just goes straight to my legs haha
