    Bench
    Cycle 5 week 3

-arms were dead today. might need to up beta alanine throughout the day to buffer the lactic acid build up. lifting boxes all day has certainly put a toll on me this past week. eversince ive been on winter break and been working more. arms would burn throughout the day at work while these little guys can go on all day. any other ways to decrease this lactic acid build up let me know

    225 x 5
    255 x 3
    285 x 6
-felt super heavy. Surprised I pushed the 6th . Shoulder took a beating though for it.

    Chins
    4 x 12

    HS rows
    3 x 15

    Db press
    20, 15, 10

    Smith shoulder press
    25, 25, 20

Db lateral raises and front raises to end sesh

sounds like you need to eat more food man.
Also still good pressing, but I'd venture on the safe side of that shoulder. It's a complicated joint.
Also, what about those rear Delts?

Thanks bud. Yea I shoulda just racked it once i felt a slight pain On it. And definitely need more food.also I either hit the hit rear delts on OHP days or bench switch it every now n then. I was gna do em today but the burn was so intense today I had to call it a day after the front raises. but def will do em on OHP day. It's just I'm putting more focus on the front/side delt lately due to the lack of size and trying to catch up to the rear Delts.

    Cycle 5 week 3
    295 x 5
    335 x 3
    375 x 1

    425 x 1
    475 x 1
-yup that's all I had. Everything felt heavy. 295 felt like 405.. I feel like I was never gonna hit 5 reps haha

    Pendlays
-ehh back wasn't feelin these either.
    135 x 10
    225 x 3 x 8

    FS
    -close stance
    135 x 3 x 10
    185 x 10
    225 x 8,6
    135 x 15
    -nice pump from these.

    Back squat
-just to practice sitting back and getting hips mobile
    3 sets x 5

    Lunges
    50s x 2 x 12
    Leg ext
    10,10,15,30

Ended with a few sets of
    Calve raises/leg raises/BB GMs

-lots of energy tonight. Maybe due to the fact I didn't hit the gym until now. But lower body still feels worn down. Also grip strength seems to be losing as well. Worked everyday this week at the warehouse putting 10- 12 hrs shifts to get that money. I'm gonna hate myself tomorrow for going HAM tonight tho haha. I was just in the mood today and music was on point with Pandora lol. Not sure if I can continue raising the weights for 531. Eventually i might miss some of these prescribed reps I feel. 375 felt like my max. But I managed to hype myself up to increase the weights. Might have to hold off or lower 1rm on this pretty soon until I start school again where I won't be working such a physically demanding job everyday.

Speaking of I need to get my ass out there still. Hopefully this summer after Hawaii in April. Probably June July or August. Trying to pick up a GTO in May so a road trip to Chi town would be an awesome way to get used to it. Merry Xmas brotha

    Squats cycle 6 week 1
    245 x 5
    280 x 5
    315 x 5
-couldn't get any more out. bar was heavy off the rack, slow grinds out the hole. Wasn't trying to grind out a few more. I'm planning on lowering my 1rm for a lil while till I'm done with winter break that forsure. Just wanted to see where I stand from today session

    Oly squats
    135 x 15
    185 x 12
    225 x 10
    265 x 8
    185 x 15

    Leg press
    High foot placement
    4 sets of 15

    Leg curls
    4 x 8

    Leg raises
    3 sets 20

-energy for today's session was ehh. just lacked the strength for it if anything. Just tryna get through this till I start school again.

Edit: vids of tonight's session. Realized I cut off too much on the 315 vid and ended up trimming off the first rep with my iPhone.

Still adding a few leg exercises at the end to bring up my quad size. Only day off this week and it felt good in the gym but back at my grind tomorrow . a few more weeks and I'll be back to a more easier schedule. No vids today cuz wife needed her phone. Next time for deads tho I'll try to get a recording. Wouldn't by greatest sesh but we'll see

Maybe try to add a little arch in your lower back to help keep the weight back, but I think your form looks pretty good. Im seeing a little pelvic tuck in the hole but I think that is expected with the type of depth you are getting ( a little arch could probably help there as well).

Front pauses are boss man! Good work!

No way! OHP is way more beastly than the large leg muscle driven squats. Keep OHP'ing those big numbers! How much longer until the baby is born?

I know how you feel! After the birth you stand there with this little person in your arms! It's a priceless feeling and one moment in time you'll never forget! Besides, you'll have a workout partner for life! All the best to you and your wife! Post pics.

    265 x 2 x 1

    Bench

    215 x 3
    245 x 3
    275 x 5
-hit the rack again so I had to rack it

    Chins
    Bw x 10,12,12,12

    RDL
    3 x 10

    Bb rows
    3 x 12

    Klokov press
    95 x 10
    135 x 10

    Face pulls
    -in between k presses
    4 sets 10

-been super busy lately . Working and then what ever energy I have left I'm coming home to renovate my bathroom before baby gets here. Building new shower and replacing all water damaged walls with mold in em. Decided to not drop the weights for squats but to just hit prescribed reps for now. Back was feeling a bit tight but nothing I'm not use too. Rdls was really lacking the strength so sticked with light weights. Overall a great session. Could of prob hit a PR from bench if I didn't hit the rack. the decent was feeling heavy but the press itself goes up pretty smooth.

Till next time fellas. Might have to do another full body. And the thrd day as an accessory day. We will see

Thanks bud. Struggling to find time/energy to go to the gym. Definitely a 3 day/week will be good for now. Only have two more weeks of this till class starts so maybe I'll find more time then. But until then.. Gotta do what I gotta do

    Full body day 2
    (Sumos, OHP)
    Cycle 6 week 2

Late night session. Took awhile to get into the groove.. Kinda shaky throughout workout. Couldn't get body tight but still managed through

    Sumos (reps week 5s)
    285 x 5
    325 x 5
    365 x 5

    405 x 2 sets x 5
-surprised I had this today. Body was tired but my mind told me otherwise

    OHP
    155 x 5
    175 x 5
    190 x 5
-I messed up. I was suppose to do 3s for OHP but ended up doing 5s. I'm an idiot. No wonder that **** was feelin heavy. I was like damnn I only had 5 in me.

    Wide grip pull ups
    8,8,10,10
    -felt like a pig today.

    High box squats
-felt like my sticking point was mid squat so maybe doing these might help my power
    -wide stance
    135 x 5
    225 x 2 x 5
    275 x 5
    300 x 4

hs high rows/ SS with bb front high raises
-start bar parallel to the ground, raise over head with wide stiff arm. Squeeze on top. Great for upper back I feel
    3 x 12/ 3 x 12

Face pulls/ SS bb front high raises
    3 x 10 / 3 x 10

Took some vids today. So hopefully I get me up by morning time.
Long day at work tomorrow which I'm not really excited about. 20 lb boxes gna feel like bricks tomorrow that's for sure.
