It gets better once the little one is on a schedule of feeding and sleeping. Hang tough as it's only temporary.

-back was kinda fatigued from yesterday

    Db seated OHP

    80s x 12

    Bb high pulls

    115 x 12
    135 x 10

Heavy delt work (Db front raises and laterals)
    6-8 reps

    Plate single arm high rows

Standing hs rows (elbows/arms parallel to floor)

-going to use this more. This felt awesome on my rear delts/upper back

Ended with some curls and ext.

Used new pwo today. Gameday . Started off slow but kicked in very nicely. Almost felt like 1,3 dim stim effect lol. Hopefully it's not short lived tho. Went into the gym tired as shyt but left full of energy. So things looking good for this new dendrobium(alkaloid of some sort). Pump was nice but the tunnel vision was what I liked.

Haha thanks man. Yea loved the stim effect from it. Still have to take it a few times to give a better review. Will post up what I feel after the next few workouts. Also I was looking for something that didn't contain citmal or Agmatine which been not going good with me if I take too much of it (feelin heavy, lethargic) So that's another plus for this .

    Squat
    Cycle 7? Week 1
As u might already know I dropped my 1rm due to some lost of strength over the past few weeks. Been very stressful with school, newborn and work. and my hips ain't doing so well either . Dropped the weights since they've just been feeling super heavy as of lately on my back but hopefully this reset can bring me back up to where I was

    225 x 5
    255 x 5
    290 x 9
-had to rack it, bar was slippery as fck. felt like some idiot used lotion on his hands and wiped it all over the bar. Shoulda chalked It oh well

    GMs
    135 x 8
    185 x 8
    Pins
    195 x 3
    225 x 3
    255 x 3
    275 x 2

    Lunges
    95 x 2 x 15

    All I had time for.
Hips was feeling like **** today. After the set of 290 It was hurting when I would lean on my
Right leg. Iono. It feels as if it's on the socket itself instead of the muscle. So If I rotate It the wrong way. I'd feel a slight pain.

Strong **** as usual dude. Sucks about the shoulder though. How/where does it hurt? Since you mentioned tuck and flare, check out Chris Duffins video on using the lats for bench pressing.

Where did you pause those RDLs?

Ha I don't feel strong. My bench seems like it's catching up to my squat! Smh. Dnt get it bro. Now my hip pain (impingement maybe) is hindering my progress as well.
But I saw that vid ur speaking of. It's actually the reason why I changed form today.. But all that internal rotation from flaring elbows aggravated my shoulder(rotator cuff, more anteriorly) and RDLs were paused about 2 inches off floor? Like mid shin.

Eh 265x9 seems strong to me lol

I feel ya on the hip pain. My left hip wasn't feeling mobile which then left my glutes overworked and sore, then tightened up my ITB, which caused some knee aches. I hate it lol Rest up though man.

    Full body day
-had a bad week. Didn't eat, sleep enough. Had some major exams too worry bout too so just went to the gym to get some blood flowing
-hips had some pain in em when I went wide stance .. First few sets I was playing around with foot placement and I ended up going high bar narrow stance which avoided pain. Might start a new cycle with this stance since I'm a lot weaker with a narrow stance.

    Squats
    Low bar/ wide stances
Worked up to 275 x 3 trying to find a good stance with no pain

    -high bar, narrow stance(shoulder width)
( had to keep feet pointed more straight to avoid too much external rotation)
    135 x 10
    225 x 3 x 3
    265 x 3 paused
    275 x 3 paused
    315 x 1 paused
    225 x 2 x 10

    GMs
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    205 x 5

    RDLs
    225 x 6
    315 x 3 x 6
    315 x 5 paused

    Bb bent over rows
-grip was a factor here. Couldn't hold on to 255
    135 x 10
    225 x 5
    255 x 5
    225 x 10

    Leg ext
    4 x 8
    Bb lunges
    135 x 3 x 10

    OHP
    -start from floor
    135 x 3 x 6
    135 x 12

    Bb high pull
    135 x 4 x 6

    Db press
-neutral grip ( paused on side of chest)
    90 x 3 x 10

-spent a good two hours or so at the gym. Energy didn't kick in till after squats. Kept rest periods short.

Thanks I actually did really good on the exAms. Got 90s on both. Aiming for 100s but the questions are critical thinking and they make em so tricky with select all that apply . Half my class been dropping from the program because of these exams. But yea I probably took a little more then two hours but honestly I lost track of time.

Yea got till spring next year. Funny how people are dropping like flies though. It's not hard, just tricky stupid questions. They purposefully make the tests that way.

My boy is growing. Awake all night . Haha just last night I was up with him since 1- 7 am. Then he sleeps till 1 pm so I need to figure out how to switch his sleeping schedule around haha

Don't you love how they set up school to fail you, not teach you no matter what. Welcome to competitive USA right... glad you are doing well though. My program is similar around the 4th year, half the people drop/switch. Sucks.

Lol true that man. Good luck bro. You'll do good tho man. Just never underestimate any test (over study then under). That was my biggest issue, always thinking I know the material and just half asss everything.
