Subbed, some damn good numbers. I've been using oly shoes as well for low bar, I love them cause I can't hit depth worth crap.

So yeah, my overhead pressing workout turned into a total weightlifting workout. What can I say? They lent themselves to weightlifting, like, a bunch.

Brutal.
Squats were excellent! Vids later. After that, we decided to superset a bro exercise with a power friendly movement. That was fun, fresh, and fast paced. Fast paced being the key. That will be an emphasis in future training, I feel like I took it too easy on myself this cycle. Then came conditioning. We wanted to do a tire flip/arm over arm drag medley, but the implements were sun torched. So we went with stones and farmer's. Which was plenty hard enough.Training log:
